First of all, The customer Service was the Best We’ve had In all Of FL, From Stephanie and Gague That is….
Stephanie and Gague should be so proud of themselves They single handedly Provided us with what was hands down the best customer service experience In Our entire time Here in Florida, They were so Kind, I thought since they were the kindest ones there that they were the owners, I was shocked to find out that they put that much of themselves into the place and Were The Employees! I’ve owned a restaurant before and a Bed and Breakfast and let me tell you, I would give these two deserving people every opportunity within my company that I ever could, For example, if there were several locations of this Establishment, I would make Stephanie The server manager or front of the house customer service manager, and Gague The trainer for the back of the house because it doesn’t get any better than these two hard working, exceptional People, We asked, and they share the tips, which felt like a shame because While I’m sure everyone works hard there, These two deserved something extra special because they give something extra special, we could’ve tipped them ten dollars each but The Tip bowl Up front does mean for shared tips and I do hope you’ll reward the team well because Even though some go really really above and beyond, everyone else saw to it that the food was Unbelievable, I would honestly say “Unforgettable”, (I’m so sorry I asked the owner about what dish the chicken went into, It looked so good I wasn’t sure if it went into a specific dish, Because they had several different Applications of it, I was going to order it, But wasn’t sure if The chicken in the kabobs was different than the chicken in the pitas and Whatever He was chopping up looked so delicious, But I don’t think He liked Me asking, I wish I would’ve asked Stephanie or Gague and it would’ve been a much better experience, But since it was the owner Chopping it up, I figured I’d ask him, and Thought He’d appreciate my asking, because I’m the customer, I don’t know what it goes into, but He was a little bitey) Stephanie and Gague Are Exceptional Employees, and I Hope That The Owner appreciates them, Because they Really Created the Best, Kindest, Customer Service experience that’s worth remembering and writing home about! Everyone, including the owner could learn a lot from them, I will also be telling all My Followers In My Social Media Audience to Check this place out, for the food quality, and two of them, it was / they were THAT GOOD! I Eat Falafel Every day back Home, This Beats anything I’ve ever had, The Greek Seasoning on the pitas was Truly a dynamic blend, It’s sooooooooo good, If it were my Restaurant, I would even recommend offering their Fabulous French fries tossed in the seasoning for an up charge and call them “Greek Fries” The French Fries were the Best I’ve had in all my 40 Years of living, the Falafel Pita Was so Unforgettable and I Can’t say enough about the Quality Here, That Pita was immeasurably special, The Falafel, Tsadsiki (I know I’m not spelling it correctly) And the French Fries were all soooooooo good they will set the bar for anything I ever have again, and I Can Tell You We’re sadly only in town For two weeks, I hope we make it back, because I Loved this place and if we lived Here I would eat Here every single day and Hope that weather You’re living Here Locally, or visiting, I am telling You, Give these very special, Hard working people your business, they Deserve it, You’ll see why the take out, and eat in business are so strong, People Love this, and While we were sitting there Business never stopped for a second, and I can tell Why, Because This is the most special kind of place you could ever ask to find and the quality of their food and customer service is...
Read moreOrdered here for 2 nights to go after a hard family ordeal. Each night we spent over 70 dollars. First night was great, service was great too. Food was fresh and we loved it so much we decided to order again. Tonight we ordered pretty much the same thing. I came in and told them who I was and they said it was not done yet. I sat down with my daughter and I was noticed by the employees several times. Hey we are a mom and kid at a table with no food in front of us. After an hour since I ordered, I noticed they stopped cooking and were cleaning. I wondered why our stuff wasn't ready. I went up and asked and they said they called for me. Each time someone was called in the restaurant the employee looked the person in the eyes to get their attention. I noticed. But somehow I was called and no one looked my way when orders were called. I was looked in the eyes several times the entire stay and Noone bothered to say hey, these people not eating could be with the food sitting cold on the counter. After being in thr restersunt for 40 minutes I asked where our food was and was met with apathy. They shrugged and said hey we called you, uh no I was 5 feet from the guy standing there and watched him for the entire time waiting. I had a hungry family waiting so I left. I realized in my car that They forgot our drink so I had to go back in. On the way home I called to speak to a manager and was met with apathy again and asked to come back again and I'd be gifted a free desert. I said I'd never come back again because I felt dismissed and treated like they didn't care. We went home and our food was cold, poorly made, misding items, messy and quite awful. Which made the experience even worse as I was upset already. How can we have such great experience one day and the worst experience the next. I get you are busy. But the lack of attention to not only your customers but to the food was so awful tonight. We will never be back. You made a hard week even worse.
If you want real quality greek go to taverna opa on I drive. The experience and employees are chefs kiss. Do not waste your time or energy on ths place. Greek is supposed to feel like home. This Greek...
Read moreThis was my first time eating here. I came by here 2 hours before closing time on Friday night last week. When I walked in the door I noticed lots of dirty towels pushed up against the doors on the floor? I'm not sure if they were trying to keep the air in or if there was a massive spill around there and they were trying to clean up, I really don't know but it just gave me really not clean vibes. I went ahead and ordered a chicken pita, and my friend got the lamb skewers (small) plus the fried feta bites. We decided to dine in. As we sat down, we could see that the floor looked super dirty and there were lots of tables that needed to be cleared. Our own table you could feel the griminess of it. Putting your hand down on it, you knew it hadn't been wiped down at all before we sat. When we finally got our food it was really good actually. I was surprised because I didn't expect it to be after realizing how dirty the place was. The guys cooking were loud and kind of unprofessional, lots of joking around, and it seemed like it was taking them ages to get orders ready for the other customers waiting. (I'm not saying not to have fun at work but keep it a reasonable level and do your job first). The tables around us that were dirty, stayed dirty for almost the entirety of the time we were sat eating. When they did come out to "clean" the tables they just cleared them, did not wipe them down at all. I did feel gross about that. The hours on the door stated for Friday 11am-10pm so I didn't know they were closing at 9 like it shows online. Anyways, the food was great but I don't like eating in a place where you can actually see how dirty it is around you. Its not pleasant. In hindsight I wish I would have taken pictures of everything but I was just a little shocked about it all. I don't think I'll be coming back here but I would be keen on visiting...
