I ordered food was delivered the wrong food then I tried calling it rang for 10 minutes then I was hung up on. Then I called to tell them I was on my way with the food that was incorrect to get food that I paid for and I would like a refund on my delivery fee, she told me know she couldn't because the GM wasn't there and she refused to make me my correct food, because she said it was correct I said it is not correct I'm looking at it right now. I got there she wouldn't refund and told me that the reason the wings were not correct was because her truck didn't come in today and she didn't have the sauce, I said you have my number then you call me. She said she couldn't do anything she wouldn't remake it correctly or give me a refund. I said great I'll come back tomorrow to speak to your GM can I have your name please. Told me no I can't give you that. I had an issue with wrong food before at the Atlantic ave location they gave me a discount on my order and then had it delivered so I know that is possible. Read moreI usually don’t write reviews. However my experience at this Papa John’s was unreal and awful. Upon my arrival no one was present inside the facility. Moments later a few staff arrived panicked because of waiting customers, many order labels printed and they were now behind because everyone decided to take a break because they said it was slow earlier. I waited over an hour to receive my food. No one communication when a question was ask on wait time and reason for disorganization. Other customers were unsatisfied with pizza once recieved because of poor quality and wait time. Once I received my pizza and wings it was a complete mess. Wings were the wrong flavor and belong to another person. Poor pizza cuts because it was rushed and pizza didn’t have cheese in certain areas. I Ordered through the app but staff seem to be gaming the system to make it look like they are being efficient because the app tracker showed that my pizza was ready, but in actuality, the pizza was NOT even in the oven. After 15 minutes of standing & waiting, I asked why was the app tracker showing the pizza as ready and no one apologized but instead one of the employees said in a sing-song voice that “patience is a virtue.” I had to hold my tongue bc I knew they would do something to my food if I said anything else.
