Read moreI love crumbl cookies when they're at peak freshness. Made my first order at this location today & they were not. I've only tried 2/4 since I got home but 1 was noticeably more hard / starting to go stale compared to the obviously fresh one that was practically melting in my hand. I like how soft it is but I'm also not sure it's supposed to be THAT soft bc it was hard to hold. Anyway the other was def too hard. $2 value not $4.5 worth.

He said we DONT HAVE printed receipts...
Read moreok so these cookies are basically 2 ingredient cookies ton of sugar and baking soda , they are over priced 17$ for 4 when there is about 6 cents in ingredient per cookie, also crowded lobby from arriving to leaving was about 30 mins which is crazy to get 4 cookies, and then there is something I really don't like that's kisok style ordering and then asking the tip question. I'm in the service industry we earn out tips service for 2 hours per table meeting every need, and earning a percentage of the check at end , so kiosks what exactly was done I stood in line I placed the order I waited for the order and I had to carefully find my way around 30 people waiting in the cramped space what exactly is the tip for ? is also not a service restaurant so they pay a wage vs tip share wages you have in the actual service industry, don't get what the hype is about here ,its super expensive sugar cookies that...
