Thai Thai Sushi Boat — Restaurant in Naples

Ok, Thai Thai Sushi Boat in Naples on Naples Blvd, across from Lowe’s , stuck up in the corner by Cold Stone Creamery is a MUST try!!!! We arrived to see that it was not packed and nicely decorated. We were sat immediately and our server was very polite. The restaurant was not packed with low music playing and it was not loud with noise so you could hear each other. We always share when we go for sushi, so we started with the shrimp tempura appetizer which was delicious, light and crispy, it was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were also cooked correctly and not mushy. One of the best I have had in Naples, then we ordered 2 rolls, the diamond roll and the crunchy roll, both were excellent and fresh. Finished off went the pineapple fried rice,which was filled with a great favor with peas, carrots, pineapple,onions, cashews, raisins, pork and topped with Shrimp. Unfortunately, this was not a good visit. I've been to this restaurant multiple times and have not had an issue until today. I called the restaurant multiple times to place a pick up order. No one answered the phone so I figured I would just go to the restaurant and order in person since they could be busy. I got to the restaurant and it was not busy at all. There were only a few employees working and all standing around talking. When I walked in someone did greet me thankfully. I then placed my order and waited a short time for my food. I figured okay I'll let it go. Then I get home and open my boxes of food. I ordered a miso soup which was not hot at all. I also ordered 4 sushi rolls for myself and my husband. The food presentation is 5 stars the food is definitely a 1 star very subpar its disappointing. Average at best. I got the Japanese Ceviche that I wouldn't order again the vinegar was very watery and weak the freshness of the seafood was 5 stars but nothing they put with it complemented it at all through out the whole meal. My mom got the Mt.Fuji roll it was OK but I wish we went somewhere else. The Rocket Shrimp was egg roll wrapping around shrimp that's it then deep fried- save your money.
