On Feb 25, my child and I went into this cold stone at 5:45pm and served with disrespect and extreme rudeness by one of the 2 employees. The tall one was extremely disrespectful and basically lazy, refused to do his job and then told me not to come back. Trust me! I won’t come back but I do hope that you will lose your job because you do not treat your job with respect, you care nothing about customer service and you are a typical lazy and entitled brat!! I ordered a medium cup of 2 scoops of different ice cream with strawberries and pecans. This dude filled one-quarter cup with chocolate fudge and one-quarter cup with cheesecake, then put strawberries and pecans on top and handed it to me the half cup of ice cream. I said, “you’re not going to mix the toppings in?” He said if I don’t want the 2 ice cream flavors mixed together, this is the way it is. Then I asked him to mix in the toppings into each or one of the ice cream and then he told me he can’t. It’s too late. So o told him this isn’t what I want so I don’t want it and proceeded to pay for my daughter’s. Upon walking out the door, this rude employee yelled “don’t come back!” I will contact the corporate during the week to see if they offer training to their franchise employees. I cannot understand the lack of social distancing that occurs here in the middle of a pandemic. Me and my mom were in the mood to grab some ice cream from cold stone, but when we got to the store it was jam packed. Faced with the choice of putting our health at risk versus going to another ice cream shop, we decided to pass on cold stone and take our business elsewhere. We wish to focus our support on responsible local businesses who are dedicated to protecting the wellbeing of not only their customers but also of their employees. I hope this feedback reaches the owner/owners of cold stone and that it allows you to reconsider the measures you are taking to protect those in your community. Read moreThe manager that has been at this store "10 years" needs to have a significant refresher in Customer Service or be let go due to his horrible attitude. Not only did he make the worst pb perfection mix-in that I've ever had as he added very little of any of the mix-ins (& I have been going to Cold Stone Creameries for years and years, but not ever to this location & never again to this location), but he was extremely rude & nasty when I asked if he might have forgotten the fudge sauce (I saw none, even after eating the whole thing). Additionally, when my family & I walked in, there was no one present and even after a minute of waiting for someone to come out from the back, there was no friendly "Welcome to Cold Stone Creamery" greeting, we've all come to enjoy.
