The lady messed up on almost all of our drinks. Not only were our cups not filled all the way, leaving an inch of air when sealed, but the barista managed to mess up the jasmine green tea and black tea for all the drinks. She also messed up the toppings for one of our drinks, putting fruit jelly instead of lychee jelly and using black tea instead of jasmine. It’s like she didn’t even look at the receipt to see what we ordered. For another drink, we ordered a thai tea boba, but what she gave us was a dark brown color, I had questioned her if this was thai since it’s usually orange. She said it was thai and I said usually it’s not this color and responded with an “oh”. We decided to taste it to see and realized she had given us Vietnamese coffee. She proceeds to dump out the coffee, but keeps the boba and refills it with the thai, so the drink ended up tasting like a mixture of both drinks. She had said it was her first day working, but why was no one supervising her? I have worked at a boba shop before and for new workers, there is always someone watching over them. What a...
Read moreDear Owner,
I wanted to follow up on my recent visit to express my concerns about your tipping policy and staff compensation. After I left, your waiter approached me to confront me about not leaving a 20% tip. This interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Please don’t take my feedback out on your waiter; my issue lies with how your business is structured. As someone who used to be a waiter, I know firsthand the challenges of relying on tips. It's concerning that your staff feels they must depend on a 20% tip to make ends meet. Tips should not be a substitute for fair wages; your employees deserve to be compensated adequately by the restaurant itself.
Ultimately, it's your responsibility to ensure your staff is paid well. The business I bring to your establishment, along with my friends and family, helps sustain your operations. I hope you’ll consider adjusting your wage structure so your staff isn’t put in this position.
Thank you for your...
Read moreService and food quality says a lot. Unfortunately this is not my family's first time, nor mine. The food was good. But I felt very discriminate and so did my family. The ladies were very rude, included with ignoring us after making eye contact when asking for assistance and eye rolling and huge attitudes with huff and mumbling. The staff does not help each other nor other tables they are not assigned to. The staff picks and choose which customers they want and refuse to help others. This is so disappointing because I like the food, but its not worth eating here with such rude ladies. They charged me for food the didn't get delivered and the lady argued with me, that she can't remove it from my bill because it didn't come out. Obviously if it didn't come out from the kitchen then it wasn't served and I didn't eat it, so why should I pay for something I didn't have. They need more people like Juan. He was the only nice server. Unfortunately he can't do everything...
