BRK Pizza, Naples — Restaurant in Florida

Naples is saturated with “pizza places” but BRK has been serving my family regularly as it is one of the few locations where my child can order freely and comfortably. Often due to allergies my daughter is restricted to vegan options or mediocre quality/taste but at BRK she can finally enjoy her former love for pepperoni pizza. ;) getting dairy free pizza also means she has been able to celebrate with others during events, as I bring her BRK pizza or get it delivered and she is included with everyone else. This has been such a big deal. Not only is she so excited to have the option to eat pizza again.. the sauce is not sugary or too salty, the bbq has a little kick and the crust is amazing! It’s MY favorite Naples pizza. Non greasy, great amount of cheese, bottom cooked to perfection.. no cardboard chewing and lots of topping options. My other child loves the chicken cezar salad and for my personal fave only a few Naples locations offer ricotta topping. My recent visit to BRK Pizza in Naples, FL, was a truly positive experience from start to finish. I'd heard good things about their brick-fired pizzas, and they definitely lived up to the hype. The pizza itself was fantastic, with a crispy, light crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. It was everything you want in a high-quality pie. ​What really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. While I was waiting for my order, one of the staff members noticed I was a little warm and without a second thought, offered me a glass of water. It's a small gesture, but it's the kind of thoughtful, attentive service that you just don't see much of anymore. Here's the thing we arrived there shortly before 9:00 so they are closing up and I mean shortly as in 855 I was polite and asked asked if it was okay just are you still open or would you rather I go somewhere else to my surprise they not only said no we're fine come on in and and they basically even though it was cleaned already they started cooking my order and served us me and it was wonderful service so if I you go far and wide to find employees that would smile at someone coming in to their already cleaned up pizza parlor and the food was unbelievably great as always I've been there three times and continued to be a customer thank you we're bringing this...
