Pretty unfortunate experience today. Came in for a chair, found the chair I wanted and walked to the front to ask for assistance. Clerk said he'd call for someone and I waited back there for a pretty longtime until I had to go find someone to ask again.
Found a vendor who is not an employee there who went to help, and he had to go to the front to ask them again to come help me. Still no one came, I see multiple employees in the store and no one is coming to figure out why I've been standing in the same place for 15+ minutes? Just strange all around, unnecessary time waiting in an empty store for a product that I already knew I wanted.

One of their printers doesn't work, and the other one always prints in poor color quality. They will ask you to email your documents to them for printing, but the documents are printed crooked and on thinner paper. Both times this happened to me, they said there was nothing they could do about it. This normally wouldn't bother me, but for important documents, it looks sloppy.
