Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Horrible experience. And the manager Jessica was unwilling or unable to make it fully right. I ordered a pizza, cheese sticks, and pasta. All items had hair in them. ALL OF THEM!!! And not just like one strand of hair but LOTS OF HAIR in all items. I don’t usually ask for refunds but it was gross. SO GROSS!!! They would not accept photos as evidence of the hair pizza. They told me instead that I should have inspected my food before eating it so that the evidence would be preserved like some kind of crime scene. I guess that’s the dominoes procedure now. Inspect for hair before eating. Jessica offered to comp 1 pizza (no hair) I think it would be fair to comp the whole order (no hair). HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. And the pizza wasnt even good. Not sure how you mess up a pizza.

1 medium deep dish (pan) pizza. Pepperoni. 70% of pepperoni on 2 slices and all cheese on only half. Caused all of the oil from the pepperoni to pool on a single side of the pizza. Then, for some reason, you decided to dump seasoning all over only that side. Normally I wouldn’t even mind, because it would’ve been like a half pep half breadstick pizza. But the amount of season you poured, wow.

To top it all off, you guys didn’t even cut it all the way. I understand I ordered when it wasn’t busy at all. (Parking lot empty, my pizza was only one on shelf, only one employee? That I saw), but I would think the opposite...

We ordered two 1-topping medium pizzas for just $6.99 each, and both were absolutely delicious! The crust was perfect, the toppings were fresh, and everything was hot and ready on time.
