Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I used the app for the first time in a long while and placed an order with one of their current coupons. I guess I need to double check my order prior to paying because somehow, I removed the chicken after adding it and also hit light spinach versus wanting the regular amount. I checked the apps tracker and it said it was still at the store. I called the store to see if they could add chicken before leaving since it was an error I had somehow made unknowingly & I was told that the driver had left with my order about 5 minutes ago. The app is delayed with updates. She called the driver to let them know of what happened & I aaa told that Dominos would remake my order and still deliver the pizza to me with the missing chicken. I wasn’t expecting a free pizza whatsoever & I told that to the lady on the phone & also to the delivery driver. They both told me that it was okay & that customer service is important to them. The worst people to talk to ever . I called the store to leave a great review about my delivery driver when I called the first thing the lady said was were closed and it just hit midnight and it’s a Friday night which the website says it closes at 1 AM and then she proceeds to tell me that she’s not allowed to tell me the delivery drivers name and hung up on me so I called back and she proceeded to say the same thing and then hung up on me again so I called back one more time and I got a hold of a different employee saying that he’s a manager sounded a little Hispanic and then he proceeded to tell me he was not allowed to tell me his name, even though he’s a manager Which was a little fishy I would like for a manager to reach out To me immediately about my...

I never used to like Domino's Pizza at all, but recently I decided to give them a shot again since everywhere else is so expensive, and I was pleasantly surprised. So far they are 4 for 4, as far as getting my orders correct, having them ready in minutes and charging a great price. I've found that the pan pizzas are pretty good, the crust is better than I remember, and the breads and dips are really good too. They are definitely better than they used to be overall. Also this location is very convenient to me, more so than any of the other pizza places around, so it's a win win. P.S. There's a young kid with a white car that delivers for them who is really super nice, so if you happen to get him, tip well.....
