I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery last night, one w/ light Alfredo sauce, salami and banana peppers, and one w/ light robust sauce, bacon and double mushrooms. When we sat down to eat it was noted that there was not much salami (I counted 8 pieces) topping one pizza and NO sauce or bacon on the other pizza. Consequently, neither pizza was very good. I called the Domino's to voice my complaint and, initially, spoke to a very nice male employee who expressed his regret that this occurred and stated he would inform the manager and put me on hold. Before he did I overheard him speaking to another male as if that person was the manager. The next thing I knew a very loud-speaking, very rude woman gets on the phone and tells me she is the one that made my pizzas (I guess she must have an extraordinary memory to remember the pizzas she makes) and tells me there was bacon on my pizza, I just couldn't see it because of the double mushrooms I also ordered. WHAT? I still should been able to taste it though, right?! As I tried to explain she began talking over me in an increasingly louder voice. I then told her I would complain to Corporate since I obviously wasn't getting anywhere w/ her and disconnected the call. I did so and am currently awaiting their reply. However, since I did not want the manager blind-sided by my complaint to Corporate, I called to Domino's to let the manager know. I did so, asking to speak to the manager. To my surprise the same loud, rude woman came to the phone. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was. I told her I had made a complaint to Corporate, which she then told me I could do (which I obviously knew since I already had done so, if she bothered to listen). She began yelling at me again about how she made the pizzas and I told her she did not belong in the business world if this was how she acted, at which time she hung up on me. REALLY? I do not forsee an auspicious business career in her future! The pizza crust was not good either. AVOID THIS DOMINO'S! I know I will. We eventually ate at Takis, which is really great, the pizzas are delicious.
