My son and mother went in to get info about selling his switch and purchasing a ps5. The lady was very short and would not give any info except you can’t trade it without money. Thats not what he asked. My mother was cold and went out to sit in the truck as my son continued looking for Christmas ideas. He wanted to purchase a set of Pokémon cards and he went to make his purchase at the register. The lady went in with he needed an id or a telephone number to make a purchase. He said I don’t have either she said he couldn’t make the purchase. He is shy and the fact that he tried to make this purchase on his own makes me happy. You can walk in any day of the week to a near empty store with 2 employees working, and yet neither of them have time to answer the phones? Constantly ringing when I walk in and never answered when I call in. The woman who works here is extremely rude and needs to be talked to about controlling her facial expression. Went to Game Stop to get an Xbox 360 and some games that I miss playing. They didn't have it. But, they looked anything up; games, console and extra controllers. All shipped to my door. When I got the stuff, one of the controllers had an issue, so I took it back. No problem, swapped right out.
