I waited in drive thru as expected around 10 or 15 minutes. Ordered a family meal and 1 large shrimp side. After paying I was told they are out of chicken and had to make more. Pull around front and park. Ok no big deal. There appears to be at least 5 or 6 families waiting outside for food. And all had gone inside before me to retrieve their orders before I decided to go in. I kept telling my kids be patient its coming soon. 30 minutes after paying so maybe 40 plus minutes since I pulled into drive thru all still no food. I went inside and waiting in line. It was chaos. The manager obviously was stressed and could not manage her staff. She said "What car are you?" I replied, "The red van." She scrambled through trays with receipts and said "We are working on drive thru orders now." After looking through receipts still could not find mine. Not surprised with the receipts scattered all around and in between the food buffet bowls, I handed her mine. Another staff politely said "I'll make this right now" as if it happens often. The Manger then takes over the order and gets my food. Then says "sorry for the wait, we ran out of rice." I told her that to took 38 minutes after I paid and waited in drive thru. I saw 4 other people inside while i waited. I asked how long he had been waiting, he said "ordered online before i left home and i've been here 15 minutes already. I asked one other and she said "she had been waiting 20 something minutes." So in total I was there roughly 50 minutes and with a $50 price for my order, you would think they could be a bit more responsible. Not a large sum of money, but high fare for this establishment. This was an arrival 6:10 pm on a Thursday night. Left at 7 pm. My advise would be don't pull around and wait till order if recieved. That will keep attention on you. That way you don't get lost in the stacked trays...
Read moreFood was ok. But there is no organization. Ordered online using their app. I got an email confirmation stating that they received the order, however no other Leets after that saying order was ready or anything. Then I arrive at the store to pick up only to find that there is no designated online order pickup location like every other store has. Instead I had to wait in the same long line as everyone else just to make them aware that i was here for an online order pickup. When I finally get to the front of the line, i tell the kid working there that i am here for an online order and he starts frantically looking at all the tickets around his station, looks on one shelf, walks down the line to check another shelf, asked two other employees, then finally found it sitting on a shelf further down the line. The employees have no idea where anything is or is supposed to be. The online order process is useless and pointless. Why order online if i have to wait in line for 15 minutes anyway while my food sits on a shelf and gets cold?
Anyway, the flavor of the food was mediocre. The orange chicken was luke warm at best. The chow main was slightly dry and flavorless.
This was my third visit. The first visit they were out of half of what I wanted, the second visit i got served hard rice and now this.
I can definitely scratch this off my list of...
Read morePanda had no wait, so I figured why not. During ordering I was asked if I'd like to upgrade to a large drink for 30 cents or whatever. I said yes, they asked me what soft drink, I replied with a coke. After ordering she reads it back to me. And it's spot on. I get to the window and pay she had me my bags but no drink. So naturally I inform her POLITELY that I was missing my drink. She then tells me I didn't ring you up for a drink. Instead of arguing I asked if I could have my coke and be on my way. She fills the cup opens the window and then tried to charge my an additional $2.89 for the soda. After already paying once I wasn't going to swipe my card again for a measley 2$ and some change. She had a very foul attitude this whole encounter. I understand what that industry is like and I am ALWAY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL to the people who both prepare and serve my food wherever I am weather is a high end restaurant or a McDonald's. The language used by this young lady was pretty colorful. I don't think I've ever be cussed out over a beverage prior to this. The whole situation was quite strange. I found it to be funny. But figured I'd inform the fine people of the possibilities you could...
