At about 730 pm on May 27,2018 I walked into the Mt. Dora target. I approached the electronics department in search of a fire stick for my son. There were two different ones in the same slot. So just to make sure I was grabbing the correct one. I asked the young girl at the register for a price check. The tall gentleman that was with her insisted that he would do it. He gave me the price of $69.99 and the price on the shelf stated $39.99. Which was ok cuz it was the one that I needed, so I walked back to grab the correct one. He followed me back there. To see what it looked like. I only pointed out to him that there were more in the wrong slot. Only to let him know to fix it so others would not have the same confusion. And he grabbed it from my hand and stated â well obviously someone placed it in the wrong slot. And Iâm not giving it to you for that price â 1st of all I wasnât looking for a price change. I only pointed it out so that he could fix it. 2nd of all there was no reason for him to talk to me that way. Since there were other clients standing around. Which embarrassed me. So I quickly placed the item back on the shelf and walked away. I did state to him that I could have done without the attitude. Which he continued to be rude and disrespectful by responding quite loud that he wasnât being rude. Again with guest standing around. I went ahead and the cart that i was pushing push d it to one side. And walked out of the store. The embarsssment was uncalled for The attitude was uncalled for.    Read moreI'm here at target in mt dora after going to Sanford to return mossimo t-shirts that still have the tags on them sanford target said that if I had my receipt they can refund the full price which is $11.99/shirt NOW Emily the store manager is telling me she can only refund $2.98/shirt and that's with the receipt because they discontinued these shirts well I go back to the men's dept and guess what I see yep mossimo t-shirts for $9.00 and this is right after the manager Emily said we don't carry those these people do nothing but lie to you and none of them can get their stories straight they don't have any customer service skills what so ever and as for Emily well target must be desperate she's about as dumb as a box of rocks I wouldn't her to represent my company that's for sure she dont even know what her store sells and dont sell wow target will put anybody in that position I guess they have really gone down hill I will never shop their again and I don't recommend anybody else to either we will b doing our shopping at Walmart from now on at least they know how to treat a customer and understand we as consumers keep them in business by shopping there that's something that target needs to learn as well as hiring better employees and not settle for people like Emily Walmart is right next door shop there target's logo is perfect they put the bullseye on the consumers back when it comes to...
   Read moreI travel a lot for work and shop at Target in every city Iâm in. I live in Mount Dora so this is the store I frequent the most. Today I chose an area rug that was marked 112.49 from 149.99. At checkout it did not come up as so, so I kindly suggested the cashier suspend the transaction so we could go and look at the aisle where the rug was. I simply wants going to buy it at 149.99 but wasnât looking for a handout. Instead, a lady in âblackâ not the red that is the norm for associates approaches me with an attitude and says theyâll honor the price âthis timeâ. Out of curiosity I searched my bank statements and on average I spend $700-1000.00 a month at Target on personal and business things ( not groceries) I love the remodels but if itâs coming with a price of lack of customer service Iâll take my $ elsewhere.
