Service is everything. A knowledgeable agent makes you feel comfortable in your choice, and having all ranges of product available to suit anyone’s budget is key. I took my mother there about a year and a half ago to purchase a bed and we were just so pleased with the customer service and the product options. the pricing was fair and we were treated so nicely, so when I needed a new bed today, I went back there and was not disappointed. Gregg explained that is their philosophy to treat you as a guest, as part of the family, so you continue to come back for generations. We had the pleasure of working with Gregg, He was so nice, so knowledgeable, And really seemed genuinely interested in what I desired. (Had to have a cooling bed).
