If I can rate this location lower than one star, I would. I called in and ordered a pizza for carry out. Upon arriving to the plaza where this location is, my family and I were almost hit by one of their delivery drivers who ran a stop sign. We weren't aware at first that this driver was employed at the Domino's we were driving to, when he nearly crashed into us. It was when we arrived at the Domino's location together and the driver got out the car, that we became frustrated with Domino's and the driver. As we were walking into the store a gentleman noticed our frustration and asked what happened. However, we weren't sure if it was the manager. We proceeded toward the person who we thought was the manager, to explain what happened with his delivery driver. I believe the man's name was Victor. Victor, didn't even attempt to pacify the situation. Victor, actually told me, and I quote, "Everybody runs the stop sign!" This while the driver is atagonozing my husband and yelling vulgarities at him! The situation escalated into a screaming session of me trying to explain to the manager the reason we are upset. I wanted the manager to understand that we were almost t-boned by one of his driver's who ran right past the stop sign. The manager (Victor) could care less, he even told me to go F* myself. I then told the manager that to forget the fact that I would be picking up my pizza and walked out! I then contacted the corporate office to place a formal complaint and they assured me that someone would call me back. No one did. I've been talking to everyone and anyone I know about this situation. I've come to learn that Domino's has actually had many delivery drivers hit pedestrian's and kill a couple of people in the past. Some instances are as recent as 2016. As long as I live, I will NEVER buy from any Domino's again! I will also make sure that I continue to share my experience with others!    Read morePlaced an order online and got a phone call and was told that the pizza crust I wanted was not available. So I told them to just change it to regular crust. The woman on the phone then proceeded to tell me that the crust I wanted was more expensive. I paused before saying, well itâs not my fault you donât have the crust I want so why should I have to pay more? She came back at me with, you ordered the gluten crust for $9.99. Yes⌠I said, so why should I have to pay more because you donât have the crust I want? So then she gets an attitude and tells me that the price isnât changing and that she has adjusted my order before she hung up. No thanking me for being a customer. No telling me to have a nice day. You called ME to change my order. Maybe she was having a bad day but this is her job and it was not a good experience.
Update: Changed to 1 star because I decided to give this location another chance. Ordered a few more times, including today. Watching the tracker and it sits in Quality Check for 30 minutes. So I called the store and a woman answers. I explain why I am calling and she knows exactly which order it is, probably because itâs the only order they have right now, and she tells me that they only have one driver working. So long story short, I ask her why did they make my food if they knew they only had one driver and it was going to sit there until the driver came back. She tells me itâs fine and that itâs under lights to keep it fresh. No apology. You need to train your employees to have better customer service. All you had to do was make my food fresh and deliver it quickly. If she had apologized and offered to remake my food while waiting for the driver then I wouldâve been fine with that. But nope... I could feel her rolling her eyes and wanting me to go away, which is why she was quick to cancel my order when I requested.    Read moreThis to let everyone what I horrible experience we had at this location today 4/9/202211:30pm , I called and the first thing I ask was to change my address to make sure we get the pizza delivered, after almost an hour our neighbor come to drop off the pizza we ordered, said the driver just left it to them, even though the first part of the address was correct, so when I called the store to notify the Issue, as a coincidence the person who delivered the pizza answered not knowing I told what happened and I asked to speak to a manager, she said the managerâs name was Nikkia and she could not come to the phone, then she said that yes she delivered the pizza and the person who accepted the pizza said that yes they ordered pizza so she left it and ask to hold , so at that moment my wife and I were thinking just to leave it alone since she sounded young and it could be just a simple mistake but when she come back to the phone she was so rude said that it was their policy and did not apologize or recognize any wrong doing so we got upset the she raised her boss back to us yelling so we plan to file a complaint with corporate and take it to the top so this person learns the basic customer service of you are working servicing people and learn from this experience.
