I ordered two chicken alfredo bread bowls and a medium sized Pizza at 6:50 @ 7:25 I called and asked what was taking so long the girl told me there's only two drivers I said no problem I just calling to make sure my food is hot. I didn't receive my order till 8:06 and it was all cold I didn't receive my bread bowls they came in the tin w/hardly any sauce. I called I called back saying all my food was cold and she said we can't remake it for you I asked to speak to the manager and ask the manager's name she hung up on me. No wonder this Domino's has 2.9 Stars I hope it keeps going down so they can get new management in there somebody who actually cares about their customers. The girl on the phone didn't care the only person that cared was the driver. I guess they don't really understand that without customers they don't have a job. Read moreAbsolutely the worst delivery experience I've ever had. Placed an order here at 1:04. Estimated delivery time was 26 minutes. The food didn't even go out for delivery until 1:40, 10 minutes past the estimate. It didn't arrive until 2:21, 51 minutes past the delivery estimate. That's 1 minute short of tripling their original estimate. When the food arrived, my driver Calliem, threw the food at me without the use of a warming sleeve. Once opened, I realized all of the pizzas were damaged because they didn't use any plastic partitions to keep the cheese off of the box. I was so upset I told Calliem to leave. Calliem took offense to this, and said to me "What you gonna do about it n**! You trying to fight me!" So, in short, don't order from here. Read moreThey’re Manager called me telling me to give them a better address to deliver after they were on the road for 30 minutes trying to find my location. I’m sorry for making them drive for 30 minutes but if you notices that your lost for ten minutes then what are you doing??? My other complaint is the fact that I’ve ordered from them countless time with no issue but when I try explain that to the manager, she just goes off and starts telling me that she’s the manager and she knows what’s she doing. I’m honestly not the type of person to start giving someone else a hard time when they’re working, because I believe that they’re hard workers.
