Pathetic customer service.

Three visits, same rude treatment from the same employee (heavyset Asian girl). No name tag, but she’s clearly untrained and unprofessional—eye-rolling, rushing customers, and dismissive behavior on Friday August 22nd.

We arrived at 6:45pm. She rushed a large group ahead of us, then took our order. Two tiny scoops of gelato—over $15.00. At 7:00pm, she told us we needed to leave and could sit outside. Seriously? Before taking our money, she could have politely mentioned that they close at 7:00pm and we would have gone elsewhere, no problem.

Staff were cleaning with dirty wet rags, wiping counters and then inside the gelato tubs interchangeably, as we watched them. Absolutely Disgusting.

We got up to exit and my wife told them we’re regulars—6–7 times a month, we will not be back! Her response (mumbled under her breath) as we left, “That’s your choice.

Employees reflect leadership. Norman Love, your brand is slipping. Customer service is nonexistent. Your prices are outrageous. Packaging won’t save you. If this is your standard, we’re done. If I could have given zero stars...

Great products, however they're very pricey. One time I called ahead, as I worked at miromar outlets (next to the store,) Because I only had a ten minute break....they knew me because I went in there a lot. I had to stand in line, and when I got to the counter and said my order I called, whomever they were training that day forgot and they didn't have it done. That's fine, but, I literally had to walk out the door and inhale my food as I walked back to American eagle (not even a minute walk.) Like I said great products but the service could use a little work. It seemed to me they were more polite to children and older woman. I worked in an old fashioned soda shop/candy shop, so I know why. But that doesn't mean you make the 22 year old working an 8 hour day wait - especially when they...

Stopped by this mall after work on Saturday, I'm not typically in this area for work, needed to run into a store quick to exchange gift that didn't fit. No attitude there, perfectly kind. Saw the Gelado shop on my way out, I became excited to try it...but the young associate quickly made an unnecessary comment "Just so you know we are closing in 5 mins" okay no I didn't know that, it's been a long time since I've came to this mall. But it isn't a shopping store where people browse. There were other, whole families in there still waiting to order, but me by myself, was a nuisance. So I just left. I'm almost certain the owners of this business would prefer their workers to be more kind, welcoming and to be gaining local customers whenever they are "open"...
