I went to DD before work ordered a black with sugar coffee the lid must not have been on correctly causing the boiling hot coffee to spill all over my hand the drive through female says sorry hands me a couple napkins and shuts the window ….didn’t even offer to replace the coffee just shut the window on me! She didn’t even give me my receipt & how was I even supposed to drink that the coffee was way too hot ! The hairs were singed off my hand I have a fat bister on the topside and inside of my hand which received the most damage along with a bruise concerning I work with my hands all day everyday this was very inconvenient especially after they just shut the window in my face without my receipt or offering to replace my coffee. I don’t entirely understand if the coffee was that hot why did it not have a sleeve on it and how I was expected to even be able to drink it that hot.I always go to Dunkin. I expect better. I gave the food one Star simply because by the time I got home and dealt with the burn on my hand, my food was cold and no one was gonna replace that either. Simply angry and...
Read moreI usually enjoy coming to this location, but I'm getting tired of this woman, Mo, and how abrasive, rude, and nasty she is! I've submitted a compain to the corporate about her before, spoken to the manager, and either Dunkin Donuts is not taking corrective measures, or she is not getting the message. She asked me about the size of the coffee I wanted, I said, " 16oz", she asked if it was a medium, I looked at the sign and told her that it was, she snaps back at me: "I only asked if it was medium, you don't need to be rude." ?????? She asked if 16oz was a medium, and I replied that it was. I wasn't in any way rude to her, even though I recognized her right away, and I was half-expecting something nasty from her. I'm not the only customer she's being nasty to: my co-workers knew right away whom I was speaking about, she's the infamous "nasty bitter old woman" who works at Dunkin! People like Mo shouldn't be in customer service and shouldn't represent a company that values their customers. If you are serviced by this woman, and encounter a problem with her, tell the manager and let the...
Read moreHorrible service. My friend told me she wouldn't judge me for wanting to get a dozen doughnuts, the shift manager Chris said "I'll judge you". Joking I'm sure, so I responded "you're not important, I'll have a dozen donuts" because how to you respond to someone basically telling a 130 lb woman that she's fat. In which he responded he wouldn't serve me until I apologized. I my friend got donuts for yourself and we walked out to the car, that's when I decide that I'm going back in because I was treated so wrong. I tell Chris I want to order the dozen donuts and I want his name as well as contact information for his DM. He proceeded to point to the door raise his voice and tell me to "get out of my store" a few times. I told him I did not call him out of his name, cuss or pose a threat to anyone so that was way out of line. He was unprofessional from the start. As a former worker in the customer service industry for 10 years I can tell you I would never stand for my employees to act in...
