I live in a state without Dunkin so whenever I travel I look forward to visiting dunkin (so much so I actually dream about it). Most of my dunkin experiences have been great. Unfortunately this one broke the streak. The kiosk didn’t have the full menu so I went to the counter and stood there while employees ignored me for about 5 minutes. When they took the order, they were not even close to friendly. I work customer service so I understand and I try to be very kind and respectful to employees but they made no effort to come off friendly. When my food came out, the hashbrowns were freezing cold in the middle. They replaced them without issue but I’ve never had cold hash browns served to me at a Dunkin. Read moreI am at this dunkin every morning and I buy always 2 coffees and sometimes two bagels. That’s at least 12-15 dollars a day. Today New Year’s Day the drive thru at 1:20 had about 6 cars in line and I was probably the fourth. I waited for 20 minutes to get to the speaker only to be harassed by a young woman repeating “what are you getting” about 20 times then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. The car infront of me only ordered two coffees. The car behind me left and so did I. I never got my order. To the owners your staff that day was rude unprofessional and made your customers wait an obscene amount of time. Mind you they weren’t even busy inside. Moving onto the next dunkin....

The only lady with red hair started with "I don't know what a strawberry energy drink is you will have to pick something else." that drink is 5.99 and everything else was less then 4.50. When asked for a refund appeantly there is no manager in the building and that she left around 11. When it was pointed out we would be loosing money if we picked something else she said" it's not my fault" and gave us a very bad attitude and terrible customer service. She was dragging out every single item to complete our order purposely. How can a a fast food not have a manger present that can do better customer service then these very under train cashier to handle...
