Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I was less than impressed. The individual that served me was very rude. They did not greet me, I placed my order and it just seemed like I was annoying them. I ordered three hot drinks, a cold drink, two donuts and two breakfast sandwiches. I was not asked if I was eating in or taking out. I was handed all my items. I had my 15 year old daughter with me and we had a lot of items. I was not handed a tray for my drinks and they were extremely hot. So we were trying to leave with all these things in our hands, I’m juggling hot drinks and a box with a breakfast sandwich. As soon as we opened the door to go my vehicle, my tea started to fall and spilled on my upper arm and hand. I had to go back inside and wipe myself off with napkins. My daughter was waiting outside with our drinks laid on the ground. I asked an employee if they had trays (as I was not offered one). I was handed one. I told the employee that served me what had happened and asked where the washroom was as I had scalded my hand. They told me where it was. No concerns. No offer for help or anything. My hand was red and burning all day and is now full of blisters. Your employees at this location really need to be taught some customer service and...

New server, no problem, except she didn't know English super well so we had to repeat the order 4 times, and one drink was still wrong. She didn't smile, at all, she stared blankly at us and then the younger guy helped her. Coffee was good, Churro latte was correct, that was positive.

You can tell the evening shift before didn't clean well, or at all. Had to use the restroom, huge tp roll was on top of the dispenser.. I mean if you can put it on top, you could probably grab the key and refill the inside.

The floors, handles, and doors were filthy, like really filthy, I used more tp to open the door in the restroom. The level of cleanliness here is not good at least from our customer perspective, hopefully it's better behind the counter. This was 930am, it really looked like it wasn't clean from yesterday, or a few days.

The manager needs to do a better job ensuring the workers are performing their duties. A clean presentation would have given us more confidence to come back. The positive is that there's room for improvement. I hope they do so this...

Ordered a mocha iced coffee with liquid sugar and sweet cold foam, same thing I get every time I go to Dunkin. I get to the window and was handed my coffee, I politely explained I asked for a mocha. The cashier pointed to the label on my coffee and argued with me that I didn't ask for mocha. Yes, I did, and I'm so glad she felt the need to point to the label that she herself created because this wasn't a mobile order. She took my coffee and dumped out the cold foam to put the mocha pumps in while actively complaining to her other coworkers about me. I didn't get the cold foam that I paid extra for, and she didn't bother to stir it after adding the mocha either, plus no liquid sugar, all of the sugar crystals sitting at the bottom. I'll make sure to never come back here again and if anyone else reading my review is considering taking a chance to come here, please reconsider.
