4/26/2025, edited: I'm putting the 5 stars back. There are some great servers here. But there's just this one that makes it disappointing. I don't want this hard-working crew to have my negativity towards this one employee affect the team. Been going well lately when we go in for our 2 dunkalattes, one with an extra shot of expresso, no extra sugar and the other with extra liquid sugar and no extra expresso. 3 of the employees know our drink order by heart and already know what to do, the other day this one particular employee saw us pull up and was already getting our order ready, all we had to was pick out our donut or munchkins and pay. They already know that my husband's military when he brings out his ID. I will get these employees names, so they can get put in the spotlight of what great customer service is all about. I've been to other dunkin locations, but this one is my fav by far, because of the great customer service. Our order was messed up today, by this particular employee. But we just walked out like, dang.
Well, I took 2 stars away. There are some really nice servers that know how to make your beverage properly and have great customer service skills. My main complaint is one particular employee. He lacks personality and good customer service, plus he does not know how to make the drink correctly. He not only gets the drink request wrong, he never stirs the drink. I feel as if you have to request it to be stirred or pay for it. Today I asked for 2 large Dunkalattes. One with an extra shot of expresso (period) and the other one with just one extra shot of liquid sugar. He got the drinks mixed up, calling them out. When we got in the truck. We looked at each other and were like, somethings wrong. The one with extra expresso, got extra sugar as well, which was not wanted. The one with one pump of extra sugar, had 5 extra pumps and an extra shot of expresso, that was not wanted or requested. The sugar was way too much. It was so sweet, I couldn't drink it and threw it away. We have walked in and right back out when this one particular employee is working. One time he didn't stir my cold brew, it was obvious just by looking at it, so I sent it back. He didn't make another one the correct way. He didn't even try using a spoon to stir the sugar off the bottom, he just shook it and handed it back to me, saying is that better. I was like no, but i don't want you making me another one. He shook all the cold brew into the drink, which made for a disappointing drink. I like the taste of the cold brew foam, that's why I get it. We'll end up going to another coffee shop to avoid paying for the wrong thing and just throwing it away.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will not ever return to this yulee dunkin' again!! Thank goodness I live in Fernandina. Our dunkin' still isnt the best but the customer service is far better than Yulee. Day 1 I got mini bagels that were half frozen in the middle, called and was supposed to come the next day and get a free order!! Day 2 me and my three kids are rushing to get everybody to school and my oldest begs for dunkin'. So i ordered the mini bagels again and forgot the free order i was promised, i told them it was fine i would come the next day. Me and my kids get down the road and even after i explained my problem from the day before, the bagels were still cold!!!!! I turned around and went inside to get a new order. The staff was giggled the whole time, snickered under their breath, look out me like i am dumb, and couldnt even just say sorry. I explained to them i would contact corporate about this awful experience and the manger just looked at me dumb. I get to the door and they are laughing and yell out "have a blessed day" in a rude way and laughed!! I will never be back, I'm in customer service and it doesnt work like this!! Also i asked for a refund all my whole $9 order since they now owed me two orders of bagels and they only would give back about 2.60 for this day's bagels!! Im so happy!!! Also i would like to add this whole staff was black women. And im white woman. And yes i think that had to a lot with how they thought they could treat me!! But im not racist nor scared to stand up for myself. Also i have a mixed child that is half black!! But I most definitely believe that to be the reason they were so hateful for their mess up!! Ā Ā Ā Read more2nd time I've been to this one..no one else in the drive through..first time the employees were just rude and didn't appreciate being bothered by a cutomer wanting to order..and had gone in that time..this time tried the drive through and Dunkin has been my favorite for coffee for 25+ years so takes alot for me to complain but he took my extremely hard order of 1 med hot coffee with extra cream and sugar..and one large hot coffee with extra cream and sugar..so when I say it was bad it was horrible..I was already down the road with my sick mom b4 we tasted it and I was like that is absolutely disgusting..it was way whiter than when I've ordered it that way the past 20 odd years but no sugar at all so I said I will doctor it up when I get home but I did call and tell them it was bad and of course they apologized but so what..I get it home pop the lid off and said we'll that doesn't even look like it has hardly any coffee in it..I added sugar but that was seriously diluted with hot water so the extra cream really gleamed..I tasted and it def wasn't their normal coffee..it was so watered down it was ridiculous..SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT FOR THAT!
