I was also excited about them coming so close to where i live the place is a nightmare. The reviews are correct about this place. I went in this morning 20 minutes before work and an older lady cashier was joking around with a customer sitting there talking and letting her mess around with her and taking the scanner to scan upc codes and joking like she let her scan everything. while yet i still haven't placed my order then the customer turns around to me telling me that she is done mean while i walked out and never ordered my coffee. I should have never came back when the same lady that works there needed to coughed she wasn't wearing her mask and moved towards the bathroom and coughed in the air towards the bathroom not covering her mouth then the other girl at the counter was making coffee and drops the mixing spoon and puts it back in the cup where the spoon sits and doesn't get a new metal spoon or turn around to the sink and wash it off then the next girl uses it in someone else coffee. I AM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE !!! IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!! AND THEY ARE ALWAYS GETTING THERE...
Read moreThis morning before work I had a few extra minutes so I stopped at Dunkin. I tried the new pumpkin spice Iced coffee and I really thought I would love it because I am a fan of pumpkin. I was wrong and I went to throw it away when the manager Luz and Marilyn stopped me. They were so awesome and explained that I was the customer and they wanted to see me happy. They asked me if I wanted something else and made me a caramel iced coffee free of charge. I'm not one to try and get something for free but this act is CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. The world lacks this but I will recognize AMAZING MANAGEMENT when I see it and receive it. Luz was right there to assist her staff and compliment them and encourage them. Bravo Dunkin Donuts for this wonderful and uplifting manager...
Read moreNo matter how early I place my order through the Dunkin’ app for walk-in pickup, it’s never ready when I arrive. I end up waiting as if I hadn’t ordered ahead at all—what’s the point of mobile ordering then?
The drinks are another issue entirely. The sweet tea and refreshers consistently taste off, like something is expired or just mixed completely wrong. Even when I politely ask for them to be remade, they somehow taste worse. It’s baffling.
To top it off, the staff are consistently rude and dismissive. Any concerns or feedback are met with attitude, not solutions. I’ve given this location (and Dunkin' in general) multiple chances, but the experience just keeps getting worse.
Save your time and money—go somewhere else that values customers and gets basic...
