Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Live in town. Usually don't go to this dunkin because they are always complaining of being short staffed. In reality the short staffing has nothing to do with what's going on with people not wanting to work. It is straight up bad management. I never write reviews but feel as though I should. Take your self 5 minutes down the road to the dunkin by the bridge. I sat in line for 30 minutes today because I didn't want to take my son out of the car. Tried placing my coffee order I get everyday. Was rudely interrupted. Then as I tried to finish ordering my coffee the person cut me off again and said is that it ? Instead of causing a scene i left. Called and expressed you can't talk to customers like that or you won't have any. Yea I was rude because you get what you give. I know I sound like a straight up Karen but if they continue to treat customers. Especially locals like trash, word gets around. Im done with my rant. Will happily drive twice as far in the morning to get my coffee at the other dunkin by vilano Bridge. Management failing = whole...

I ordered a Decaf Iced Coffee, with Thin Mines flavoring. When i first drank it, it tasted a bit off. I was specific with my ordering and made sure it was Decaf. I ignored the taste and just went on with Drinking it, I only drank about 1/4 of it (medium cup) and my stomach started to hurt more when each hour passed. I am pretty sure the lady that made my drink made my coffee with Caffeine, since it tasted off and it wasn’t made correctly. Later on the day, I started to have a panic attack, which tends to happen when I drink something wth Caffeine. I wasn’t feeling well, and finally I had an intense stomach ache that really bothered me. This isn’t the first time I had issues with this Dunkin Donuts, the workers that have served me always made my drink randomly, because every time I tried the drink, it didn’t taste good or normal at all, and it tended to lead me to stomach pains. I’m not sure if it was something else that was wrong with the drink, but this isn’t the first time a drink I have gotten has tasted weird from this...

I’m sorry to hear you are closing this store. I would like to commend Jaz and Sollux, my two favorite employees! Jaz is amazing, I walk in every once in a while and when she is there, she says, good morning, you want your Latte! She puts a smile on my face and makes me feel so special, plus she makes my latte just like I love it. 💕. Next there is Sollux! I use to see him at the Island and now here. I love him! He is always so kind and polite. Always greets me with a smile and wishes me well when I leave. In today’s world with so much hate, it’s so refreshing to see two people in one place that puts a smile on my face and warms my heart.
