Honestly both confused and surprised at all the 1 star reviews for this location — THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I literally go out of my way to make sure I can get to this location specifically. The staff is always curteous and friendly. They’re funny, professional, and they know me by my order which tells me THEY CARE.
To the person who thinks they should just figure out your order even if you don’t use their terminology... how? They’re trained a certain way and if you don’t tell them specifically what you want, they have to try and assume what you want. The only assumption that should be made is that they aren’t mind readers — so tell them what the heck you want!
To the person upset by the broken speaker... things break? Quite frankly concerned for you as a human if something breaking is THAT big of a deal for you...

Read moreI went through the drive thru to place and purchase my order. I was told that my debit card was declined. They said there was a connection error and all my cards were being declined. I was then asked to move up while they restarted their card machine. I was then asked to come inside to try my card as there was no issue with another person's card. I went in, and again, the card reader would say "connection error" and they would tell me it was declined! I had the funds in my account and had not been 30 minutes since I had purchased at a nearby store. The manager proceeded to show me how the system worked just fine for everyone else! I paid for my donuts with what little cash I had since they weren't able to process the Dunkin gift card I had either! How was that my fault? Out of whatever you want to call it, the manager did let me have the drinks at she "didn't want to throw those away since they were already made." After I left there, I went to another store and my same debit card worked for a higher purchase. Read moreOn more than one occasion I have had an extremely poor experience. Sunday morning around 6:45 I was promptly greeted (drive thru) and informed she would be right with me to take the order. 7-8 minutes later she returns to take my order. As I begin to order, I was then informed that this location has no sandwiches and no bagels. I attempted to order something else and then informed that was not available either. One would only think that if any store was out of something they would inform their customers immediately. When I received the food it was clearly squished and thrown in one single bag.
While the food was not appealing, what was more concerning was the servers attitude. As the food was handed to me, she was verbally complaining that she doesn’t want to deal with customers snd then cursed. Yes, cursed. I hadn’t said anything, but rather just attempted to order something else. What’s worse was that this has happened twice now at this location and by the same woman. The repeated lack of breakfast options is worrisome. Customer service is lacking.
