lightning doesn't strike twice. we'll it did at this location. firts time I wanted a dozen donut. I stood way back against the wal, trying to decide if I wanted anything other than donuts. Staying far out of what could be perceived as being in line. The guy working there wasn't having it and pretty much forced me up to the counter to order. I wanted to hand pick my donut, but that seemed to massively inconvenience the employee. so I said, "Never mind, I'll take assorted."At least they were good. Fast forward a couple of days. I wanted coffee and a donut and decided i would try this place again. Since this location is on my way to work. We'll as soon as I walk in,I know what i want since I planned it by looking online. I ask the lady at the counter a question, and she mumbles and kinda walks halfway down the counter. I guess she said that I needed to wait because when I spoke up again, she snapped at me. so having dejavu, I step back at wait. well, another lady comes up and asks what I want. I tell her, and she looks up the menu and points at what i assume is what I'm asking for, so I just agree since there is a massive communication barrier between our two native languages. I was delighted what Irma had charged me for was completely opposite of what I wanted. The icing on the donut was not only that it was wrong but twice the amount I ordered. Yup, I wanted one specific coffee and got two of the wrong coffees. Terrifically horrible customer service, let's just be so nasty to people that they just quit coming to your location. I'm done with dunkin' Donuts and their volatile tempered employees. Both employees should share employee of the month and be in charge of training all current...
Read moreThe staff is AWFUL. I have had issues with the younger staff being miserable but always brushed it off as them just being teenagers & having to work. But this morning is my daughters birthday- we come to the drive thru- she orders a refresher & large order of munchkins (did not ask what kind we wanted btw) to bring her friends at school- the lady tells us our total but we weren’t finished. I then start my coffee order & the woman AUDIBLY GROANS over the speaker as if I’m bothering her! My daughter didn’t even get to order the sandwich she wanted (ITS HER BIRTHDAY) because the woman was being so rude. We get to the window- no greeting, no hello, no nothing just shoved the drinks out the window & held her hand out for payment. This was an older Spanish woman. Same one as on the speaker. I know they get busy in the morning (I worked in the service industry for 20 years) but there is never a good excuse for that kind of poor customer service & dismissive attitude. My daughter doesn’t even like 80% of the cinnamon & jelly filled munchkins thrown in the box & never did get her breakfast sandwich. If this woman is the manager then Dunkin needs to reevaluate their hires. If this woman happens to read the reviews (doubtful because she didn’t seem to care much about her job at all) thanks for ruining my daughters birthday morning. Sorry we made you work at...
Read morewent here with my sisters Christmas Eve morning, i understand the holiday rush, and work in customer service myself, but we were spoken to so rude this morning. I’m not sure of the atmosphere inside, but there was no one infront of us through the drive thru. I was not handed a receipt and my order was getting confused by the women inside. Instead of re-pulling up my order on their screen, to review my order i was rudely yelled at several times by a woman asking me “what my order is”. She yelled this SEVERAL times. I told her what i had gotten and she still handed me the wrong coffee. I told her it was wrong and she proceeded to rudely tell me to give it back and “i should’ve told her the right order”.. She handed me two coffees, and i was still waiting on a hot chocolate. After getting yelled at three times, i then CALMLY said “i am still waiting on my hot chocolate”, the woman proceeded to yell again, “i told you to tell me what your order was”. Rather than yelling at a customer for their order, and then yelling again when YOU as the employee have forgotten something is ridiculous. Pull it up on your computer screen, re print and look at the receipt, or ask calmly. I never leave reviews but that’s behavior I’d expect in Miami, not...
