Ordered 3 coffees and 3 donuts. Nearly forgot 1 donut and a coffee but managed to mess up all 3 coffees anyway. Went back in to reorder 2 of the coffees, started off by saying "hi we just came through the drive through and.." I was then cut off by the manager (didnt get his name but he was working at approx 9:40AM) who said "yep just tell me what you want" (in a passive aggressive tone with no apology for the inconvenience) started telling him my order when he asked me to repeat it....when I began to he then cut me off, again, and said "yea I KNOW THAT PART" and even went as far as to hold up his hand to silence me when I was just doing what he asked me to... to repeat my order.. at this point I become frustrated and just asked him for a gift card of the equivalency of what our purchase was. Manager stated he simply "doesnt do gift cards here, so what do you want". At this point I cant even focus on what I want because this manager is treating me like somehow I'm incompetent (when I repeated my order but was apparently supposed to know which parts he remembered the first time around?) and somehow an inconvenience even though they managed to mess up my ENTIRE drink order. I patiently waited for him to remake my drink...and not to my surprise, the drink was again made incorrectly. Threw it out and went to starbucks directly across the street where I was greeted with a smile and my drink was made correctly the first time. Used to hardcore defend DD when it came to the DD VS. Starbucks debate but after today's experience I have 0 problem being a Starbucks customer for life. (The manager did manage to apologize to my boyfriend after I left the building, thanks, even though I could have used that apology more than he did) also managed to give us a plain glazed donut for our troubles. Read moreI never write reviews, but this place was horrible. They made us wait 15 minutes at the box and never said a word. When we pulled up to the window, the guy wearing a grey Adios polo shirt with no name tag, zero percent body fat and either something that is trying to resemble facial hair or perhaps some dead ferret he chooses to wear in his face, didn’t even acknowledge us, than made a big deal about how we should have waited at the box (even though they never acknowledged us or said anything for the 15 minutes we were there) Listen, we’re Canadian and pretty polite, but they were terrible and rude to us the whole time in a way we have never experienced. We thanked them, apologized and they just stared us down… like how a dog stares you down in order to establish dominance. We said thank you and they didn’t even say a word to us. Some larger girl with pink hair and wearing a black uniform was also there and was a little more apologetic.
Listen, I’m not the type of person to send my food back. I understand people can have a bad day and those days should not define them as a whole. But our treatment there by those people was just beyond disgusting. We will not be returning ever again and I suggest you all do that same. Unless you like being spoken down to and waiting 25 minutes for a fast food order with no one else in line besides you, than go right ahead
Edit: on top of everything, they gave us the wrong order. Two of the drinks were our and the another drink from someone else who pulled in 10 minutes after our order was started. This is either gross incompetence or a state sponsored program to provide jobs for...
Read moreI live close by to this Dunkin. The young african American guy that works in the afternoon around 2pm NEVER honors the promos that they place on the doors. For my last 3 visits when he works he has charged me full price. The main reason why I come at 2pm is to catch the $2 iced coffee after 2pm. I've been charged full price which is bad advertising. Today I told him I wanted the promos at the front door and he said ok. When I look at my receipt he charged full price. When the young Hispanic guy works he honors the discount. I guess it's a hit or miss that I need to go when they want to do their jobs. Also the young lady that works in the afternoon has honored the discount. The frozen coffee I ordered as you can see below in the picture is all milk there is no coffee in it whatsoever. I hope Dunkin is still not going by America runs on Dunkin cause they have just gone downhill. Where I'm from in NY/NJ they really take pride in their services and quality of food. Down in Florida customer service sucks and it shows in the quality of food.
Edit:::::::: today I came in to buy my sons class donuts and munchkins at 7AM cannot believe they were SELLING OLD MUNCHKINS MIXED IN WITH NEW ONES. I tried one and could've chipped a tooth at how hard the munchkin was. I picked up another and again rock solid I had to squeeze one to get it to break. Very upset will call the BBB on this one because how are you selling days old donuts. The woman asked me what was wrong and I told her they are old. She gave me the box and said it's fixed. She did not apologize once I'm assuming she knew they put old donuts back...
