Walked in to place an order for a couple of avocado toasts. The first person who greeted me didn't even look up was impatient and seemed agitated. I waited at least 2 minutes before someone else came up who seemed to be possibly the assistant manager who asked me what I wanted to order and I stated two orders of avocado toast.
She asked if I wanted bacon and I stated no she asked if that was all of my order and I said, yes.
I paid for my order proceeded to wait at least 10-15 minutes when she placed two orders of avocado toast, with bacon on them, on the counter and didn't even look up at me.
I waited another moment possibly a minute possibly longer, and said excuse me was this supposed to be my order and she looked at me as though she had no idea what I was referring to or who I was. I said that it was not supposed to have bacon on the order.
She did not offer an apology, he did not say she'd take care of that she just took the order away and walked away, presumably to remake it without bacon.
I had 5 minutes to stop and grab something to eat not a half an hour otherwise I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant. I walked out without my food and without a refund because I was already incredibly late after waiting a ridiculous time for two pieces of bread and Frozen avocado spread to be spread on the toast.
It's completely unacceptable, I don't live in the area but I do travel up and down the corridor often I will certainly not be stopping back here. I wouldn't bother going in unless you had a half an hour of time to waste. I was not the only one waiting an exorbitant amount of time for their food and drinks. The general manager was also there and made an appearance once or twice in the front of the house before disappearing...
Read moreI am an Uber driver. I went in today to pick up an order for a client. There were two sales people behind the counter. There were two more people in one of the booths and they were engaged and friendly conversation. I’m sure they knew each other. I went to the takeout counter, got my order, as I was walking towards the door, the one man who was in the booth started ranting and raving about our vice president, saying horrible things about her I didn’t say a word I don’t get involved in political discussions I did, however look at him and that’s when the problem started, he started yelling telling me I’d know right to look at him. Who did I think I was and still I didn’t answer him and scream the whole time I was very frightened, afraid he was going to get up in harm me I am an elderly man. None of the staff in the store said anything to him so it was clear they knew who he was. This middle-aged woman came up behind the counter. I assume she was the manager I asked him if he worked there and he said yes I asked her three times if that man worked there she didn’t answer me. Finally I said to her is that a difficult question does he work here and she very quietly said no I believe he did work there, so please understand that as an Uber driver I have the right to not go into an establishment. If I feel threatened I will not go into that establishment to pick an order up either for myself because I live very close or for a client. I just thought you should know what’s going on in your store which, by the way is a very nice store. It’s one of the nicest Dunkins...

The employee proceeds to tell me her headset broke... uuummm there was another employee with a headset on as well, walking thru the store, she couldn't hear me either s aying hello at the intercom?? My mobile order was not together... the window employee had no clue, as I am waiting and waiting for my coffee and food... then I asked for a manager, Megan walks up very rude demeanor, and I proceed to explain what the issue is and Megan answers me, we are going through shift change, my mobile order should have been completed and put together. Instead I got treated horrible, with my daughter and 1 year old granddaughter in the car... that wasn't the kicker though... I was then threatened by Megan who verbally told me as she was walking behind counter, to meet her outside as she was rude and off the clock... I should have called 911 and had her arrested for the verbal threat she made. YOU LET YOUR EMPLOYEE TALK TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!!! Manager Frank just walked up to window and said I'll take care of her and walked away from me leaving drive thru window open...
