Awful place to even BEGIN to order from. I had ordered 2 doughnuts and a coffee. It is NOT my door dashers fault that I had gotten only 1 doughnut in the bag, if the people who are in charge of gathering the order together could've actually READ the order? We wouldn't have this problem. The ladies on the phone were absolutely rude about it, and kept telling me that I need to buy another order off of door dash to get my doughnut back. The manager told my mom we couldn't do a refund at all and had said that the door dasher was incompetent and cannot read, she also mentioned how my mom may not have a job, and before she hung up she had said "well that's not my problem". Absolutely rude, and this isn't the first time it's happened to me, and it isn't my dashers fault either. 🙂 AND TO ADD ON!!! Door dash was very respectful and made it so I could have my doughnut that I did not receive the first time. But as my door dasher handed me my food, apparently one of the workers had said to him.. "Be careful, they might yell at you". EXCUSE ME? That is NOT how you treat your customers. I work at a fast food place myself, and the first rule is, customers are always right. But to be treated with that amount of disrespect?? I AM 16! I paid for my food myself and it's not my fault that I do not have a car yet. So if you believe that you can disrespect my mother and I because my family is at work and we don't have a car at home at the moment. You are absolutely...

This Dunkin is located inside the gas station. The guy working behind the counter made my coffee great, but the absolute only thing he said to me the whole transaction was to tell me my total. No "hello" when I walked up to the counter. No "what can I get started for you? " He was wearing headphones, so there was that. When I got to the counter, I said, "Hello, how are you?" (I got no response, of course), and i was extremely polite. When he finished making my coffee, i said, "Thank you so much. Have a great day!" Of course i got no response again. It was weird. There was no need for his silent treatment. His vibes were stereotypical of youth today - no customer service, no manners, just 100% bad attitude.
The whole time I was there, the middle age female manager was leaning on the counter behind the cash wrap of the convenience store. She was having an extremely loud personal conversation with another female employee. They were standing right next to each other, practically yelling.
You would think that the Dunkin employee wouldn't have been on such bad behavior while his boss was standing right there. As much as it blows my mind that "kids these days" act so socially inept, you would also think that if she were a good manager, she would nip that behavior in the...
