How are customers supposed to know what you have in your inventory? Read moreThis Dunkin is hit or miss. I hope it is a hit for you but after so many bad experiences... It is a love, hate relationship here.... I love the coffee but their staff and management sucks. Last week my co-worker ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese Croissants, he told the manager who was also the cashier at the moment "no bacon". She replied "no bacon" is more money.... The look of confusion we both gave her must have made her think to herself about how stupid she sounded. She then said "egg and cheese croissant is more money but i do it for you anyways." My friend paid her and we continued to talk about how incredibly stupid her comment was. Now keeping in mind, we are airport employees are we are here atleast 3 times a week. Wanted to grab a coffee, the place was recently mopped and with the respective warning sign put up. As we go in, we are rudly moved onto the "side" the worker preferred. Which I understood. There was no direction to where to start the line, and as more costumers walked in, I saw how he made a face and bad gesture for people not following behind me. Very rude guy, mumbling between his teeth. I did mention to him that he should try being nicer and alerted the women behind me of this guys attitude.
