This was SUCH a disappointing experience! We ordered loaded nachos and as we ate them we found TWO different long black hairs embedded in the melted cheese. We told the waitress and she got the manager. The manager took it off our check but told us there was no one working in the kitchen with hair. The waitress (who was friendly before) gave us the cold shoulder after that, which I thought was really weird. That bothered me more than the hair! I guess they thought we were trying to scam them . (Does that happen a lot??) I don’t think I’ve ever sent food back before. Additionally, the Caesar salad had so much dressing we couldn’t eat it, I was going to ask for another one with less dressing but after the way we were treated about the hair, I just wanted to leave. I did tell the manager that I was not trying to get the salad removed from our bill but it had so much dressing we couldn’t eat it. This elicited no response from the manager and he did not offer to bring another salad without dressing. He took the nachos off our bill, but neither the manager or the waitress apologized at all for the nachos with hair, or the salad. This place needs to train their employees in customer service. I do NOT recommend Margaritaville in the Miami Airport.

Came in for a quick bite before sending off relatives. We ordered 4 waters, and a sampler platter. We waited for about 15 minutes for our order and they brought out loaded nachos instead. The restaurant corrected the order and brought out the sample platter about 15 mins after that. It included chicken, eggroll, and an artichoke dip. A couple of bites into the battered chicken we realized it had been brought out to us raw. This is a disregard for customer health and safety especially before catching a 16 hour flight. When brought up to their attention they apologized for their 2nd mistake and offered to bring out an additional two chicken tenders. Although the mistakes were corrected, the lack of attention made me loose my appetite, inconvenienced us by having to wait much longer for what would have been a quick bite. Additionally, when the bill came to the table an 18% gratuity was already added to our bill. When we asked to edit the automatic charge, they asked us to wait even longer to grab a manager and then no manager. Order: One sampler platter 4 tap waters 1 Latte

MIAMI, FL – Here is a brand that needs help resurrecting from a sea of negative to mediocre comments, ranging from the fact that the food is very greasy, to overly-priced drinks, server issues and 18% tips added to orders that are for take-out only - really. You’ll pay it even if you didn’t have a server waiting on you at a table. . Get ready to pay $10.25 and up for cocktails. Chicken broccoli pasta $17. Coconut shrimp $20, Two Fish Tacos with chips $20. Ribs + small side of fries $32. The food presentation is normal. They charge $2 for “Ziosk Entertainment” – in other words: the game they are showing on the TV, whether you watched it or not. . These prices don’t include 18% gratuity, which will be automatically added to your order + 7% taxes. . • DΛVΞ GΛRCIΛ™ ‘s True Reviews™: ★★★✫✫ VISIT EXPERIENCE: Air Margaritaville Miami, inside Miami International Airport (@margaritavillerestaurants) TEXT & PHOTOS: © DΛVΞ GΛRCIΛ™ (@davegarciahq). I am a chef and a resort manager, I have been in hospitality for over 20 years. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. The waiter appeared to hate his job and it was painful for him to wait on tables. Prices were astronomical (which is expected since it's at the Miami Airport) but on top of it there was an 18% mandatory tip built into the bill for just me. I was dining alone. I understand adding a gratuity to the bill for 6 people or more, but for 1 person this is insane. There was no option to not pay the added 18%, only an option to pay a higher percentage. So apparently tips don't need to be earned anymore or gifted for exemplary service. No wonder the waiter didn't give a damn about his customer service skills, his tips were magically given to him. Beyond this, 1 cup of coffee was $4.75 (for a small gross drip coffee in a dirty mug) and THERE WAS A FLY FLOATING IN IT. I pointed it out to the waiter and he dumped it out and poured a new cup.... but uh, that's still gross, it's the same cup and probably the same pot of coffee that the fly was brewed in. Oh and I was still charged full price for the fly laced coffee, just another high priced item to add to that 18% mandatory gratuity that he gets regardless. Beyond this, the corned beef and hash was also mediocre at best. Dry, cold, overcooked, bleh. There is literally nothing good I have to say about this place and they should be VERY ASHAMED of their food and their customer service. I should have gone to Dunkin' Donuts instead.

By the way, 1 small plate of corned beef and hash, 1 cup of fly soaked coffee plus a mandatory 18% tip = $30 for 1...

A beach bar in the middle of Miami Intl. Do not expect much more than a burger or sandwich with a beer or margarita, with similar service than a seating burger place by the beach or at a biker joint. Can you relax before or after a flight? Yes. Can you get food and drinks? Yes. Kind of like a Miami Subs with a server. Nothing else. We ate a Club Sandwich and a blackened Mahi Mahi Sandwich. They were fine as sandwiches, but the French Fries were cold and soggy, and had to ask for fresh fries, which were much better. After 2 sandwiches, 2 Guinness bottled beers and one bottle water, my bill totaled over $52. Not cheap... but it’s the airport.... Eugenio’s Service was fine, he handled the transaction well and provided us with the fresh fries when requested. Thankfully, I used my Priority Pass membership which made the meal free ($28 credit for me and $28 for my guest). Easy transaction by showing my digital membership and boarding pass before ordering. Nevertheless, not the experience you will expect at an Airport Lounge, maybe not the fault of Air Margaritaville, but good enough not to go hungry. On a separate review than the one about Air Margaritaville, Priority Pass should get more quality or upgraded places available to their members than a sandwich joint, and I don’t mean fine...

Located before security in Concourse E, this restaurant is quite large and the servers are very attentive.

In my opinion, the food is reliably run-of-the-mill. Think $20 entrees and similar quality to other chain restaurants. The prices aren't outrageous for airport sit-down.

My favorite item on the menu was their soup of the day - Saturday was Chicken Enchilada. The soup was very flavorful, chock full of chicken and veggies like corn and black beans, and served at the perfect temperature.

My second favorite item was the key lime pie. I'm not an expert in this type of pie (I'm a cheesecake gal myself), but I can say it was served chilled with whipped cream and a fresh lime slice. It was a good mix of tart and sweet, and the crust was crunchy which I enjoyed.

The entrees were not exciting - can't go wrong with chicken fingers, and the fish inside the tacos was pretty tough (overcooked). We also had an ok cappuccino, from an automatic machine.

I'd say this place is very good for appetizers and drinks, with beers at an (airport) reasonable $7 and margaritas being their specialty.

I saw quite a few people enter asking only for airport directions. Each time this happened, the servers were extremely kind and helpful. To me, this earned them another star. I really...
