BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! Worse Customer Service EVERRR! I drove up to the drive through and asked for a dozen donuts, the girl at the drive through advised she would check which ones were available. I stated to her that I would go inside incase I wanted something else and she said that was ok. When I arrived at the door at 8:48 PM it was locked, so I knocked. There was a girl mopping and an older lady at the cash register who kept ignoring the fact that I was at the door. The door has a sticker which provides the store hours, on Friday it said it was open till 10 PM. I continued to knock and they would not open the door, I stood outside for 5 minutes before the girl opened the door and said that she couldn't let me in because she was mopping, however, she let 2 male customers in without a problem. I told her that I had told the girl at the drive through I was coming in to the store, she continued to tell me no, at the same time the older lady at the cash register was telling her in spanish "who cares close the door on her, close the door on her!". When I saw this unprofessional behavior I asked the girl at the door to provide me with both their names and she refused, at that moment she let me in. I went to the cash register where the older lady was and I said "you guys are still open, its not even 9 PM" and she replied "I don't care, on fridays we close early" I asked her for her name and she refused, I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. She was so nasty and both girls, the one mopping and the one at the drive through with glass were laughing. NONE of them had they're name tags showing, it was covered with sweaters. When the older lady was being so rude, I took a picture of her to be able to report her to management, at that time she began screaming "CALL THE COPS ON HER SHE TOOK A PICTURE OF ME! CALL THE COPS ON HER!!!!". I told her "I am going to report you to your manager" and left, they continued to laugh. May 16 1:50 AM my wife and I are embarking on a road trip across FL and we made the mistake of stopping at this specific Dunkin to grab a bite before getting on the road. As we approached the drive thru we waited a few moments for a greeting but never got one so we initiated contact to which we got a barely audible response from the microphone, almost a whisper even. When we asked for the employee to speak up we were met with very snarky and dry responses. My wife and I ordered a BEC croissant and bagel double toasted, an ice coffee, a frozen coffee, BB glazed and reg. Glazed donut. So it took about 15 min for this lady to put everything together which we didn’t mind the long wait time due to she was probably the only one there. When she gave us our order my frozen coffee was all liquid, no ice at ALL. So we asked for it to be remade to which we got attitude about as well. As I was waiting for my drink to be remade we took bite out of our sandwiches and had to spit it out simultaneously. My sandwich was as black as a hockey puck so was my wife’s with the middle of the sandwich still not as hot as the rest of the sandwich. At this point I was livid and fed up with the horrendous customer service I was receiving. The employee gave me back my remade drink which was again not the frozen coffee i asked for and I just had to drive off before things escalated. Read moreOn Saturday, February 22nd at 7:30pm I was at this Dunkin Donnuts location with my family, I ordered an iced cappuccino with almond milk and caramel flavored along with two caramel lattes and something to eat. To which the guy who was serving me responded : that cappuccino is not made at Dunkin Donnuts. that does not exist !!! that he can make it hot, but cold, that drink does not exist, to which I replied: wait! So have they been deceiving me for all these years in all the DDs where I have ordered it and they have served it to me? To which he replied "YES", because that coffee cannot be prepared, and immediately his partner "Irelis" came to his support to confirm that he was right, that my cold cappuccino with almond milk and caramel cannot be prepared at any Dunkin Donnuts and they both admitted that what they are giving me is a cold Latte. Conclusion: I have been deceived by this coffee company, because you order a cappuccino and they give you a latte, according to these two employees.
