9:45pm Wife called and was told no need to make the order she’s very busy and alone taking calls with customers infront. We said ok, don’t worry we are close by anyways.

When we arrived we were told picanha only available is medium temp. We said that is fine. Lady stopped taking our order to take a call. We waited till she took the order over the phone. Upon hanging up, cook shouted ‘No more picanha’.

I said can you prioritize us over the call order since we are here now and arrived before you decided to take the that call order? She said sorry we can’t start up the grill now for your order. I said I was displeased.

Alejandro was courteous enough to the point where we were not going to write a bad review. BUT the lady later after we ordered a different meat argued saying I told her half pound when I actually had said 1 pound. I was kind enough to let her know of her error before she charged me. She started shouting saying she does not need to take this from the public??? I said what bothered you so much? We were only pointing out that the order before it was charged was incorrect. She seemed flustered and took it out on us infront of others. She went as far as to say why didn’t you place the order online? We said we wanted to but you told us no need….

Lady made a bad situation worst at every exchange.

Somehow we can’t express an error before it’s made or point out a displeased experience to the people which are there to have the opportunity in correcting it.

She would not stop making comments the entire time we waited for the food. Saying things like ‘that guy over there said half pound and later says 1 pound, what’s wrong with people’.

Nobody comes to buy food for their family looking to get reamed in a public humiliation attempt by someone whom CLEARLY hates dealing with the public.

Especially someone as sweet as us. Not once was a curse word uttered or disrespect in any way. We asked for her name she would not give it. I asked others for it and the same happened. We decided to just...

Ok so I was there last night and I ordered two special of 1Lb churrasco and two sides for $20. I asked for one well-done and one medium-well. I paid and notice after that it didn’t add up I got charged for two specials for 1/2Lb churrasco and two sides instead which goes for about$15-$16. I went to tell the lady and she went to check her order receipt and came back and told me that ordered 1/2Lbs like putting the blame on me and I said no I asked for two 1lb specials so I paid the difference and she went and told the cook in Spanish that I changed the order and she charged me the difference. I waited for over 45 mins which was more then expected which is ok expect that money people who came and ordered after us got their food before us. So my order was ready asked to make sure that the meat was 1Lb each order and they said yes when I got home I went straight to weigh the meat in its container and all and they was under weight 16oz = 1Lbs I should have gotten a total of 32 oz and received 26.6oz as you can see in the pictures with the container and all. That is in total 5.4 oz less maybe more without the weight of the containers which might add a little more. That is almost 1/2Lb missing ( 1/2 Lb is 8oz) so that was that I also received one of the meats well done which I asked for and the other was just 90% burnt and nasty u literally just taste the burnt when u tried to eat it. I’ve been here before and never experience this before was completely unsatisfied. I’ve even been to the restaurant on 88th street and have had good experiences before and brought and told people about this place.I was just overall disappointed with this food truck location and...

Today i placed an order to pick up i was very specific that i want the meat medium.. i was giving them another chance because the last 2 times was a disaster..i ordered 2 natural lemonade 3.99 each one and it was horrible it wasn't natural and was just water..they refunded the money, but that is not what j was looking for. The second time they give me a wrong order..because i ordered picanha y churrasco and they gave me picanha and pork..my husband told me it is what it is..so today i went and i talked with genesis and i told about my order and i asked her to be sure about everything..ahh but when i was there one guy arrived looking for his order and told her that they forgot the yuca frita the night before..and he say i don't care about the 4 dollars. Is just that my wife and i had set up everything to eat that..and he had to find something else to eat with the meat. Well well well today was overcooked meat for.me..please let me know if this is medium..omg. so i called them and they told me sorry if uou want i can guve you a discount rhe.next. and i said hellll noooo this is the last time but i am going to write a review..because is enough.
