Got to the drive thru and there were 2 cars ahead of me at the podium. Moments after arriving the first of the 2 cars ahead of me was moving to the window leaving just the car in front and myself. I waited about 10 minutes or more for the car in front to finally get their order in. Once that they were done I was asked to give her a min. She camback on the speaker and said something I just wasn't able to understand, so I promceeded to give my order. I was then interrupted and was told I needed to wait for another min or two. At this point I was pretty upset. There are employees outside smoking and hanging out meanwhile I need to wait!? I responded with this needs to hurry up and her response was if I don't like it I can go to McDonald's. At this point I waited again for a few and got no response. So I then parked and went inside the nice young lady behind the POS was pleasant and egar to help. She got stuck on a modification and she got the manager involved. I noticed that the manager was the person who told me to go to McDonald's. I then asked the what her name was (no name tags).. name given was Kimberly. As she was helping the new person at the POS I noticed she was quite unpleasant to her. Order was placed and the young lady who took my order notice it was done incorrectly. She told the person making it and there was a slight discussion about the mistake. He the proceeds to take it and deconstruct the sandwich and make the corrections. That wasn't really ok... but at the pace that it was taken I didn't complain. Except that while re assembling my sandwich he was distracted by the manager and would stop. At one point the sandwich was complete but the person making the corrections was just holding the sandwich in his hands and continued to have his conversation as to sau what I'm talking about is way more important that taking care of the customer. I had to ask for the sandwich while he was talking to Kimberly. I did raise my voice while asking for it so It immediately caught her attention. Nothing else that was done wrong caught her attention, but the raising of my voice asking for my sandwich did. The She raised her voice back at me asking what's the problem. I proceeded to let her know that it was, taking way to long and I was on my way to McDonald's. She never responded... and I left with a mediocre sandwich that had been mishandled and cold by the time I got it. This should never have taken place. I understand that when it's slow distractions will occur, but this was just plain bad, and the arrogance was displayed was just uncalled for. I go to this same store all the time during the day and I never have had any issues nor have I ever have to wait in Drive thru fir such a long time, let alone told to go to McDonald's.

The manager explained it would take a few minutes and to park. 10 minutes later I pulled back around and explained that my autistic son is having difficulty waiting. I said I would drive around grocery store parking lot and come back. He said that would be good because it would reset his time? I returned at 5:45. After another 10 minutes at window I waved and asked how much longer. He said that they were having trouble making them because the employees didn’t know how to make them and then now I was just waiting on all of my sides. As far as pulled up behind us, we watched as one of the employees would go out the door go to the car behind us, deliver their food. When we first arrived, I stressed to the manager to make sure that my son’s sandwich was done correctly that it was the bacon mill and it was the only half bacon cheese and meat. Nothing else he reassured me not a problem when I finally received my order at 6:11 I checked just my son’s sandwich and sure enough it had everything on it!!! They took it back and I waited and waited until finally at 6:15 received the corrected sandwich. We drove away in torrential rain from the storm we had planned to be home before. When we arrived home and opened the other sandwiches I wanted to cry. None of them had been toasted or grilled or whatever they do to the toast. Half of the mushroom Swiss burgers had yellow cheese and not Swiss. Some had onions some didn’t (they were all ordered with extra mushrooms and extra onions) the ones that should have had mayo added, didn’t. The one that should have had no sauce just mayo, didn’t. The fries were missing and the cheddar bites and mozzarella sticks were cold and hard!! I spent $40 on what was supposed to be a treat for our family. Read moreI went into the Burger King on S. OBT on Saturday wanting to place an order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes watching the girls behind the counter getting orders ready from the drive through. There were only 2 tables in the whole place that were being used so it wasn’t busy. The girls knew I was standing there with my husband who is disabled. NOT ONCE did anyone say “ I’ll be right with you “ after 10 minutes my husband said “ let’s go “ I asked a woman behind the counter what the that stores number was after she ignored me another girl came over and tried being friendly like my standing there for 10 minutes was no big deal when I asked her for the number of the she gave it to me and I told her what they did to me by just ignoring the fact that I had been standing there for 10 minutes wasn’t nice and I was going to call headquarters. Well as for Burger Kings Headquarters I guess they are just as useless as their workers because nobody answers the phones. SHAME on you Burger King ! A company as big as you are should have better workers and better customer service ! HORRIBLE! Yet another horrible experience at that same burger Saturday night and only 1 person making the orders???
