Fratelli's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered 3 large pizzas from the Lantana location tonight, and all 3 pies arrived with slices smooshed and on top of one another as if they were dropped. The cheese had slid off the tops of almost all the slices and was only able to salvage a couple slices from each box. When I called to let them know about it, they asked for my name, the woman on the phone sounded like she was speaking to a manager about it in the background, and got back on the phone and said "I'm sorry, what would you like me to do about it!" She was apologetic, but terrible customer service! I understand Halloween is probably a busy night for ordering pizza, but I spent $40+ dollars on pizza and wasn't even able to enjoy it, and without any kind of reimbursement. I will not be ordering...

FIRST TIME TRYING THIS RESTAURANT

I Placed an order for Delivery ! Girl who took my order over phone messed up my address and she seemed like I was annoying her by ordering to go order. I Had to keep repeating my name and address and she still got it wrong for the Delivery Guy! Which by the way he was friendly and nice ! All and All Very Good Pizza ! But...... 2 things were a little disappointing. The dough seemed to be rolled way to thin in the middle so when we all took a slice it fell apart in the box, so we had to scoop it up to eat with rest of the pizza ! #2 A HUGE DOUGH BUBBLE ... so therefore we were missing a slice with adequate sauce and cheese on that slice ! Great Taste ! Will order again ! Just hope the next time...

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 3:35 it took until 5:02 to get to my house, when I literally live around the corner. The lady I spoke to on the phone said it would take 45 min to an hour.. I'm sure he had other deliveries but I never ever received a pizza so late, (an hour and 1/2), not even from NYPD or Dominos. Domino's is located East of Lantana rd,(Not around the corner). They arrive within 20 min every time! Anyways, when the pizza arrived, it was cold! No apology from the driver, nor did he seem to care. He just went on his merry way. And I know he felt the pizza cold from underneath the box. That being said, We will be sticking with Dominos and NYPD from now on. Thanks for...
