IMO hands down the best NY style pie in Pasco—and I have tried many. Definitely competition for Pinellas and Hillsborough, too. The owner had a 'sort of' local celebrity status in the Bronx. There are photos adorning the wall of him rubbing shoulders with Anthony Bourdain and Andrew Zimmerman. He is very proud of his Abruzzese heritage, as he should be. The crust is light and airy with good crunch, a little char, and a hint of flavor reminiscent of fermentation. The sauce is bright and inviting. I've had the Pizza Margherita, several NY style pies, and the Grandma pizza. It's excellent work and very reasonably priced. I cannot speak to the rest of the menu as I have not tried it; however, if the same level of dedication and integrity is applied to it, I speculate it is also delightful. For what it's worth: I was raised in a pizzeria, I have worked as a pizzaiolo many times over the decades, and even owned my own pizzeria. I have spent time in Italy more than once and I have a 900º wood fired oven on my patio. Therefore, I feel qualified to give an informed opinion on pizza. If you are craving an authentic NY style pie—if you want to fold a slice in half and take a bite of a crispy yet airy crust that tastes like it was made with 'New York water' topped with a rememberable tomato sauce and hot, gooey, stringy mozzarella—then this is your place. Also, not for nothing as they say in NY, the owner is a legitimately nice person who you can tell likes people and loves what he does. I would rather frequent that type of establishment 100% of the time.

Been before and had great slice and a wine. Today I walk in and told no wine or beer? Waiting for their order to come in I was told ? Come on guys go out and buy something to back up your beer and wine offer. Said I would try a whole pizza and would eat half and take rest home. Counter guy said fine he would wrap up the leftover. Pizza comes out in a box and places it in front of me. Other tables (4-5)had pizza stands and saw them brought out and placed on stand and paper plates. Ordered pizza with sausage , mushrooms and half olive. Pizza was pretty good but had 5 mushrooms on it for $3! No name water $1.75. I tipped 15%. Total $29.77. Left with my half in a greasy box by now. Next time I’ll stick with a slice or two only. Didn’t feel the love here for a sit down experience.

This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered pizza that has been burned/scorched/inedible. First time we just chalked it up to a bad night and threw the pizza away. This time we ordered a pepperoni pizza. It arrived with No pepperoni. The cheese is half on/half off, a greasy glob. But it’s burned to the point it’s inedible. The margarita pizza also was burned. The 6 pack of garlic knots was 1.5 knots, which they could clearly see/count while they were wrapping them. The salad was good. We contacted the owner and got no response.

Was excited to try Fratellis! I heard great things and was hoping to find a great pizza restaurant in town. Although they have few tables this is definitely a take home pizza business. Sounds minor, but no fountain drinks, you have to purchase soda by the bottle, and only non soda option for kids is bottled water. The Caesar salad had very little dressing and they were unwilling to give an extra side of ceasar dressing, but begrudgingly took the entire salad back and squirted a pile of dressing in one spot on top. Garlic nots came out, they were not fresh and barely any garlic, they were more like plain rolls, but silver lining, my picky eater son liked them because they didn’t have much garlic on them. The pizza came out, but instead of the pepperoni we ordered they brought out a cheese, no big deal except when I apologized and said we had ordered a pepperoni, they said no problem be back in a minute. He took the cheese pizza back and in a minute brought out the same pizza with cold uncooked pepperoni. I was livid, and could not believe the stupidity. Growing up I was embarrassed whenever my parents would speak up for themselves at a restaurant. Having my kids with me, I bit my lip when they asked me how everything was. I wanted to explode. That aside, we picked off all the pepperoni and at the cheese pizza, it was fine. The sauce is sweet, I see the appeal. But I’ll continue to drive to Dade city for our current go to pizza restaurant, Al’s pizza. I’m not raving about their pizza, but it’s a restaurant that cares about...

I'm from Queens, NY born and raised. Moved out to Wesley Chapel, Florida a couple years ago with my husband and our kids and we know good service and good pizza. I posted pictures also, yea it looks good the regular pie was okay, the veggie pie had too much bread and the worse of it was the garlic knots, holy moly they were dry, had no taste, no garlic at all and the worse part they microwaved the knots in a brown bag smh. My first time there and last; they were rude on the phone she hung up on me when I was saying thank you, mind u there was no bye yet said. Well my knots weren't ready at all when I got there but the pies were. They should of went in the oven, but no they microwaved them and had no flavor at all and very dry it was just a bread knot pretty of doe. Overall we weren't satisfied with their customer service or their food. They didn't smile, the cashier seemed overwhelmed and unsure. I get it when its busy ppl get overwhelmed and try their best to stay focused but your the faces of the business smile at your guest tell them you will be with them soon and thank you for your patience. I was in the restuarant business for many years, I know busy and carrying alot of weight due to short staffed or a busy Friday evening. Bring in more help on your busy nights. Sorry but I'll stick with Amicis, always polite, smiles, great service and amazing...
