To start, I put a 0 on all fields simply because there wasn't an option to review a working experience, and because of this, they did not deserve a good rating overall. However the customer side would be rated well.
This has to be the WORST place to work. Most places of business recognize hard workers, and people who give their all, but not this place. I have never seen employees as a whole treated so terribly and unfairly. The manager continuously yells at the employees, and has even put her hands on them out of anger. The amount of favoritism is ridiculous...significant others of her family are hired and are then given a crazy amount more hours, while cutting down everyone else s hours to around 12 a week? just so her family can afford their bills. What about everyone else s bills?? It would be one thing if the employees were lazy but their not, their all fighting so hard to get what little she s willing to give, stressing out, and still making only about 100 a week (that s literally on a good week!) While her family is making good full time hours. How are these people supposed to live off less than 500 a month?? The manager takes full advantage of the fallen economy, knowing these people have no where else to go. They ve tried. Their trying now. 90% of the employees put in applications all the time trying to find a way out. Read morethe employees at Burger King are very pleasant to deal with. But it seems lately that their burgers are lacking fresh tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Their giving out green tomatoes, white lettuce and slivered onions. The burgers here are not up to the standard or quality of what Burger King normally sells. This is a shame. Also their fries are overcooked and too salty. I almost feel like I should have asked him at this Burger King location can I get a little fries with my salt !!! Furthermore their ICEE machine doesn't work and hasn't for months...I personally am going to stop visiting this Burger King because it seems that since the remodel quality of food has gone downhill tremendously. If you want a good burger in the Wesley Chapel area and a Burger King the Burger King on highway 52 next to flying j has the best burgers around I know it's a little bit further out but they're beating the quality of Wesley Chapel Burger King by far. Read moreWhat a major disappointment this location is. The fries looked like they were fried with chicken fries or some other breaded item and had a bunch of breadcrumbs all over them. i initially thought it was dirty oil but no, they seem to fry everything in one batch of oil.
Chicken fries were also floppy and clearly reheated after a long day. The blazin buffalo nuggets were horrendous. A pure blast of sodium followed by this fake heat that just destroys your tastebuds to the point you can’t taste any meat.
The whopper was okay which is why they get an extra star.
I don’t understand why managers are so lazy and cheap that they don’t keep things fresh. Am I asking for a kidney for a manager to ensure the oil is clean and separate French fry oil from chicken oil?
Looking at previous reviews other customers have posted pictures that show there’s something odd on the French fries.
Culver’s and chic fil a provides consistency and great food every time we go. Yet they charge the same as Burger King. It makes 0 sense and someone needs to have a chat with management here.
