I came here on a Monday afternoon and immediately it was clear that everybody working had a little bit of an attitude problem but that was not even the bulk of it. First of all, one order of french toast came out in about 5 minutes. Then my boyfriend and I waited another 25 minutes before my avocado toast came out, the food that requires no cooking besides 2 scrambled eggs. So my boyfriend, being polite, did not eat until I got my food, but when it did come out, the portion was beyond minimal it looked ridiculous. So now, my boyfriend’s food is cold and I have half of the meal I ordered. When I asked the waitress if my meal looked correct even she agreed that it was not the normal proportions. I have been to other First Watch restaurants and have never had this problem EVER. At the time of ordering, we also put in skillet potatoes, which we never saw after 30-35 minutes. This theme of foods at different times was the same across every other table you looked at, we never had anybody come up and say “hey is everything alright over here” or anything, laughable. I came to have a meal with my boyfriend not watch him eat and then have him watch me. I have worked at restaurants and know that the way this place was running was completely incorrect. I would recommend not coming to...
Read moreWe were so excited to have a First Watch five minutes from us. We eat at many different locations and having one so close was great, so we thought. The food is always good no matter which First Watch we go to. As a company, I would say you have the most consistently prepared food across the company as any restaurant gets. With that kind of good training in the kitchen it is service that does the most to distinguish each location. The service at this location is sub standard. I'm sure not everyone is bad but out of the four or five times we have been there we had poor service all but once. I have noticed the place is near empty our last couple of trips and increasingly dirty looking. I've never seen a manager which is a big red flag, especially when service is so poor. At other locations a manager can usually be seen helping out front or greeting guests. Today we ate at the First Watch on Mitchell Hammock, where we used to go before this one was built and the service was much better. We have decided that even though it is several miles further away it is worth the trip. We wont be back to this one for a long...
Read moreBeautiful location! Came to have breakfast with my aunt and uncle it was great, very clean location and organized, it’s nice that they have a bar and alcoholic beverage, the front staff was wonderful pleasant friendly, our waiter was a little uncomfortable at first but toward the end he was okay. The food was as good as any other location. The coffee, orange juice, lemonade and kale tonic just as good as always, the million dollar bacon is to die for so good, the traditional breakfast it is my favorite eggs cheese, ham, turkey sausage, with the home potatoes and wheat bread mouth watering, my aunt got the same just with the pork sausage she said it was delicious, my uncle got the works omelette which it had ham sausage bacon and mushrooms he said it was wonderful I didn’t try it cause I am allergic to mushrooms, the carrots and pecan pancakes are my favorites they are so good. Amazing as all the...
