I am disgusted with the treatment I received from the manager I was transfered to Diana. I ordered justwings and was going to pick them up on my way home. I sat in the parking lot waiting for the wings from 928 to 1035. Came in as wasn't sure what happened to my order. Was told it was at a different chili's, supposedly there are 4 different chili's on 54 and this happens all the time haha. I then said what can I do, I have cold pizza waiting to take to my kids, and just want to be able to eat and go home. I was told I had to call that chili's and talk to them that this one could do nothing. my phone died I had to use someone else's phone. The person that answered said I have to get a manager for this. I waited, then someone said hello. I said hi..they said can I help you. I said oh who is this I was waiting for someone to come talk to me. She laughed, I assumed that was manager and nobody really told her what happened. I them told her what happened while in tears because it was just a day at this point waiting over an hour with pizza in the car and still haven't made it home. Diane said there was nothing she could do since it's through this wings, and said I'd have to write them. I told her I just want to be able to eat tonight and can't drive qll the way to that location and what can be done. She said "well you are at the wrong chilis". At that point I hung up. I probably visit chili's once a week, and due to this I never want to go to any location. I can't believe Diane is someone in charge of a staff and team, and I shudder to think what other treatment Diane provides to her team. I am disgusted and I spent 55$ today to come home with nothing, well except a person who I asked for help and they told me "well you are at the wrong location". I'm exhausted and I guess will try to fond a customer service number tomorrow for a refund. When we arrived at the location they came out and asked us the name then went back inside and after 5 minutes came out and told us Someone else grabbed our order and said I’m not sure what you want to do about. We were like what do you mean we ordered online for car side pick up. She said no your order was with door dash(Which it wasn’t btw) we told her multiple times it was not and showed her the email confirmation as well. She then goes inside for 5 minutes to then come back out and say the same thing to us. We told her once again it was an online order through the it’s just wings site and not door dash. She then goes back in and after another 5 minutes a manager comes out and says sooooo because you ordered with door dash….. we stopped her right there and for the 3rd time said we did not order off door dash and even if the pick up was through door dash some how, you literally let someone grab food without checking it. Also on our email confirmation for the order the directions literally say, “ Stay in your vehicle and a to go specialist will come out to get your name and order” and finally after her seeing our email she goes in and comes out with 2 5$ gift cards and apologizes and says our food will be out shortly. Overall horrible customer service and a lack of understanding of how their to go system works. Food was pretty good though. Will not be going back. On a side note anyone want 2 5$ gift cards to...

Waited in vehicle curb pickup forever, until i went inside and noticed a few customers giving the girl at the counter hell about their orders taking so long! I was upset, but didnt direct my frustrations to her! She was extremely polite, all the while answering phone calls for orders! So, i became "that guy" and spoke up to these inconsiderate customers! Not her fault and told them to ask for.management! I apologized to the girl at the counter and waited for my order and left! People stop taking management issues out on staff! No wonder we are losing workers in the service industry! Covid should have taught you by now, "PATIENCE!" PS. THE FOOD...
