Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Florida

I LOVE Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and Jeremiah’s Boca Raton does not disappoint!

One thing that really impressed me is the staff. Everyone is so friendly! I’ve visited this location twice and each time I’ve been met with a warm welcome and smiling faces! I really get the sense that the employees truly care about their customers and want everyone to enjoy the Jeremiah’s experience. Customer service doesn’t get any better than what I experienced at Jeremiah’s Boca Raton.

Now on to the good stuff….Jeremiah’s offers Gelati, Italian ice and soft ice cream. I highly recommend the Gelati which is Italian ice layered with the soft ice cream. With over 40 flavors of ice to choose from there is something for everyone. My absolute favorite is Cookie Butter ice with the vanilla ice cream. The combination of flavored ice with the creamy ice cream is the BEST! You won’t be disappointed with just getting the Italian ice or soft ice cream, but the Gelati is the bomb!

Do yourself a favor and visit Jeremiah’s and treat yourself to anything they offer. Your taste buds will...

Reposting my other review again a year later because they just hired a new round of people that do the same exact thing and I'm getting irritated at the workers not being able to take simple instructions when I'm paying $8 for a large. Unfortunately this location has gone downhill. It seems like their staff is all lazy teenagers that ask for tips but don’t listen to simple instructions. If I’m paying $2 for Oreo layer ins, I’d like for you to do what you’re supposed to and LAYER IT IN. Not be lazy and do Oreo on the bottom and Oreo on the top. Especially when I'm asking for EXTRA topping??? I'd literally rather have you charge me more for it and listen to what I'm saying rather than give me the bare minimum. And then when you bring it up to them they look at you like you have 6 heads and ask for a tip. This is not a restaurant nor rocket science. I work in the plaza that Jeremiah's is located in, and I've been waiting for a pretty long time to finally try it out.

I'm happy to say that the wait was well worth it! I got one of their Combo things with, I believe, soft serve ice cream and italian ice together. I got the Mint Chocolate Chip with Vanilla and Chocolate.

Mint Chocolate Chip is one of the hardest flavors to get right, it can either be too flavourful or not flavouful enough. I've thrown out ofher places Mint Chocolate Chip due to that issue!

Jeremiah's with a doubt, has the only Mint Chocolate Chip that I would call balanced. It was absolutely delicious! This stuff should be packaged and sold in stores, you'd give Blue Bell a run for their money!
