The Arrived at dtore about 835 8:40 PM before they closed at 9. I ordered a number 7, lite mayo & lite lettuce I had to call the store at 9:05 PM the curly haired guy with a septic ring in his nose. Answered the phone, and I asked him why the hell he gave me a sandwich with the bread that’s hard as rock instead of immediately apologizing, he asked my name, as if that was going to help him. He never asked my name in the store. I said it doesn’t matter what my name is. Why would you do that? Why would you give someone a sandwich that’s hard as a rock He had the audacity to tell me that I was very rude. I said how dare you tell me I’m rude. Am I supposed be happy about the fact that I paid $11 for a sandwich only to get home and I can’t even eat it. It’s not edible because it’s hard as a rock! Why would you give someone a sandwich like that? I asked him his name he said “V” I said your mother named you V he said yeah, I asked for the manager he said they were not there I put the sandwich in my fridge & I’m on my way to Jimmy John’s to get a sandwich. I will be talking to the manager of that store tomorrow. Don’t go there the store is crap! He had an attitude when I came in and I guess he thought that was going to be it for the night no more customers because it was so close to closing. can’t wait to talk to the store manager tomorrow, he should be fired! and still I said you still haven’t apologize. He never apologized! He’s not sorry because he did it purposely obviously Don’t eat it at this location....
Read moreJersey Mike's is hands down one of my favorite places to have lunch. It's always on my radar around noon wherever I am. Yesterday I had a regular #44 on wheat (Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak) which I love equally as much as their cold subs. Like most of my meals, they don't stick around long enough for a pic, sorry. That being said, this particular JM was ok. Bathroom was clean, sandwich was good, weather kept crowds away so the only wait was for 3 young women that looked like they just got out of a Yoga class next door. Staff were friendly but they were goofing around and trying to impress the ladies, not very professional. I still love Jersey Mike's and I will still revisit this Boca shop,...
Read moreThe sandwich looked good, as it always does. Their tea is always great too. However, I was only able to barely put an inch of tea in my cup because they ran out. I asked if they had more, they said I could put sugar in the unsweet, but said they would not make any more because they would be wasting it. You are not wasting it, I paid for it!
I just got my money back and left. So I guess they wasted a sandwich and their tip because they wouldn't make any more tea.
This was 640pm on a Thursday.
I would have written the manager, Eric, directly, but he was the one that refused to make more tea.
Big let down, I've been a Jersey Mike's fan for many years. I guess I need to avoid...
