I was the second person to order, from the time I walked I was placing my order within four minutes. It took almost 30 minutes to get my sandwich. I watch several people come and go with their orders and I remained waiting. My main issue was lack of professionalism. The employees were arguing with each other in front of several customers. It's gets better. A lady walks in and slams several already made sandwiches on the counter and than jumped to the end of the ordering line. After about 10 minutes she let them have it. She complained that they messed up her whole order from Uber Eats. They exchanged words with each other for a few minutes. They employee did offer to remake the order but they lady demanded they refund her her money because this is not the first time they have screwed up an order she demanded that they learn how to read. She cursed the employees out, grab her sandwiches that were prepared wrong and stormed out. I watch the person in the grill finished my sandwich and it remains there for five or so minutes before she brought it to me. As I was leaving another Uber driver was complaining about in order. And even though it shows the location and order ticket number AND a charge to my bank account, both times they refused to serve me. While I realize it's not their fault, its not mine either and instead of seeking a resolution, they just basically say "oh well" and insist I am charged again to receive my order. The first time I just went along with it, went back to car, paid for it a second time etc etc. But this time I asked for my order to be honored since I could provide evidence that I had placed the order but the guy there (who I guess could be called a manager but probably shouldn't be one since he doesn't know anything about customer service or resolution), refused to acknowledge what I was showing directly to him and refused to give me my sandwich unless I paid for it AGAIN. He could have made the executive decision to give me my sandwich having seen I paid for it and called it a day. But he had to ensure he gave me a hard time as if life isn't hard enough. Thanks...

My daughter is very picky, but has some how come to love the club sub from Jersey Mikes and refuses to get a sandwich from anywhere else. In particular she loves this location. Generally, every store we visit provides a great food experience, but there is something or should I say someone this location has, that others don’t. This gentleman’s name is Todd. Todd provides exemplary service. He recognizes my daughter and to a T remembers her exact order, and even got her to try a different bread. If this man doesn’t run this store he SHOULD.
