Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

Typically love Jersey mike's, I've been to stores in probably four or five states. Ordered the turkey tub online for pickup in the store no problem with the service. My problem is the portion size is ridiculous I don't think there's 2 oz of lettuce in this thing and it's supposed to be a salad. The equivalent price for this is $8.45 and I used points and I feel like I really got ripped off to be honest with you. I wouldn't mind getting my points back I wish I'd gotten a sandwich now at least I'd have some bread to eat.

I've gotten this exact meal at other Jersey Mike's and it's filled to the brim with the shredded lettuce. This portion is really just ridiculous...

Went to try what people are talking about. Well for one thing, didnt think they were friendly, just hurry up give me the order attitude. When making a sandwich, I believe a wax paper or something should be on the prep counter before beginning a sandwich. It might have been just cleaned but we are in a pandemic. Think they need to practice being careful. If anything would be on that prep counter, it can go into the bread in which they are going to place your order. Think about it.

While I have always love the taste of Jersey Mike's food, this particular location has really taken a dive in terms of customer service. Well getting a sandwich today, I had a dollar off coupon for a regular sub. But, I got a giant instead which costs much more money. However, the cashier would not take the coupon and when asked further, simply stated, I don't care I just work here. If that's the kind of attitude customers are going to be getting, I don't see any reason to frequent this Jersey Mike's when there are so many other sandwich...
