Still the best subs going. One year later, I've been a regular until yesterday. Yesterday, I went in and stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes before anyone addressed me, and when I entered I was the only customer in line. I just assumed that the guys were busy making online orders, so I tried not to let it bother me. I ordered a Big Kahuna (steak sub), paid, and waited for them to make. I stood there more than 20 minutes. At least 15 people came in, ordered, and left, and I was still standing there. At least three of the other customers ordered off of the grill also, but I'm a usually a patient guy. The topper was when the last guy came in, ordered a Big Kahuna, and left with 'his' sub and I was still standing there. At this point, I threw up my hands. I didn't say anything but I was frustrated. One of the guys saw me and asked what my problem was. Just like that. I said, I'm waiting for my sub. He told me very rudely to be patient that they'd get to it. I had paid already, but I left. I'll never be back to that store. Ever. And for the owner, I'm doing you a favor by telling you that the place was a pig pen yesterday, and I know it's not like that when you are there. Read moreI came in and was served tremendously by Gio, his attention to detail and outstanding customer service was out of this world, that night he was accompanied by another person who matched the great energy he portrayed. The great customer service I received incentivized to me to come back 2 days later for not only a great sub but a great experience overall. Yet I was greeted by a group of 4 workers that seemed like they didn’t want to be there and were very rude when taking my order. It was surprising for me because the other times I was here it was a great experience. Overall my latest visit would get a 2/10 from me. I am only rating this review a 5 star one because of the amazing work of Gio and his partner that day!

Our sandwich was drenched in oil after we asked him to please go easy on the oil. Our daughter’s sandwich was prepared to his liking. As first-time customers, this visit left a poor impression.
