I ordered ahead and paid ahead because I was short on time and couldn’t afford wasting time in line. I already had to drive 10 miles there and 10 miles back for work related reasons. The pizza is always great and me and my co-workers order often. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived and they were taking a lengthy order. After waiting 10 minutes, I tried to get the attention of the guy who seems to be in charge although never friendly when even having the shortest exchange of words. He didn’t want to hear a word of what I may have had to say. Quickly brushed me off and scattered back to the back. After another 5 minutes went by I get to the counter, mind you there was only one other person before me and the employee working the register just walked off to the back without even acknowledging me. I was content with the unfriendly behavior but the dismissal and complete disregard for a customer who had already paid for their order was unsatisfactory. Treat your customers equally with kindness and compassion. It’s the least you can do for whatever business they bring you whether big or small. Read moreUpdate 9/10/18 (Original review below): The manager David reached out to me to follow up on my order, and generously offered a replacement pizza. This time, at his recommendation, I tried their original pan crust (I think they call it deep dish) with the turbo crust. I must say, they have redeemed themselves. The pizza is flavorful, well cooked, and ingredients tasted fresh. The turbo crust adds a nice flavor as well. It’s a very unique pizza, but a refreshing change of pace from the “NY style” pizzas all over Boca. Jet’s has fully redeemed themselves and they have worked their way into our pizza rotation.
Original Review: Got a coupon in the mail for a BOGO large one topping pizza, so I figured I’d give them a shot. Ordered Thursday around 5:15pm, and shortly after got a CC alert showing the coupon wasn’t applied and my card charged the full amount. Called and the manager David got it squared away, so mildly annoying but no biggy. When the pizza arrived, the pies were over cooked and the flavored crusts were both wrong. Read moreI like Jets pizza. The problem is they use door dash thru their own website. I text an order to jets & it doesn’t go there. It happened once, hey mistakes happen. I tried again a month or so later. The same thing. I get a note the pizza is delivered from door dash. Then Door Dash says Jets for refund and Jets says DoorDash. I don’t think anything sinister is happening, just massive incompetence. I did my best to not be rude, I was terse, no bad language. Hey they record everything. Ultimately they choose DoorDash, it’s on them. If they don’t have the staff to deliver at least let the customer know it’s a 3rd party. Or maybe a manager could have said, “can u pick it up we’ll remake it right away”. The employees at Jets were nice, but offered nothing but a virtual shrug.
