I didn't know anything about Jets. I met the man that was putting the things on the door knobs one day and he seemed very personable, very honest about his product. I finally ordered one from them. It was going to be 45 minutes okay, today is Thursday. I guess they have a busy Thursday. When I called to find out what was going on I was told they had a hundred and twenty-five orders so they were running behind. My response, sad to say was I don't care. I ordered a pizza. I got the pizza 10 minutes later than I was supposed to. It really wasn't a lot but I didn't like the attitude that I got when I called in. I did not like that attitude at all in that it will prevent me from ever ordering from there again. The pizza is okay but it's very doughy and honestly because of all the orders they had I expect they didn't actually cook them all properly. For a new place in the neighborhood I'd like to believe they were going to do good but for the first time order it was pure dough and that does not leave a good taste. I tried to cancel my order when it wasn't here when it was supposed to be ut was told they'd already charged my card and I was told that wasn't possible. Just a little extra that you need to know. When I called back Angelica (I believe thatโs her name) told me that they did not have a driver and they were sending it through DoorDash. Another half hour passed and I called back to ask for a refund and this employee told me ti stop being rude, when I was upset for being waiting for 2 hrs for a pizza that never arrived. After two hours I received a message from DoorDash with picture of pizza that was delivered to a different address and left it thrown on the floor at the back door. I called Jets pizza and this person told me that the manager would be calling me. I asked them for a refund and told them that they should still send me a pizza. This lady told me they wonโt give me a pizza because they donโt do that. Up until today Iโm a still waiting for the manager to call me. When I asked in my last call for the manager she told me he was in a meeting. I wonder which pizza place manager takes 2 1/2 hrs in a meeting. Is this a pizza place or a hedge fund!??!! Lack of seriousness and responsibility of this place. Never again order pizza from them for sure!!! Oh I almost forgot. When they charged me the pizza, they charged me twice to top it off... be careful and think twice before ordering any thing...
ย ย ย Read moreI just moved here from Michigan and my wife and I were very excited to see a Jets Pizza so close to home. We've been telling all of our friends about it and insisting they try it. Unfortunately, we had the worst Jets experience recently and we hope this is not the quality of pizza that we should expect in the future. The pizza and bread looked like it had been thrown together with the absolute least toppings they could put together even though we asked for extra toppings. Very disappointed by the lack of effort and it seemed like we were a bother for placing an order. It was an hour before close, so I hope it was just the young employees being lazy and wanting to be out of there, but if that's the case, you should just close earlier, so we the customer don't put a damper on the social lives of those that work there. I'm willing to give it another chance because I know the quality that is Jets Pizza, but one more experience like that and we will gladly find a more suitable pizza place that wants and appreciates our business....
