Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Florida

I have went in for dinner on 10/2/2025 at 7:44pm and ordered a LTO combo of 3 cheese pizza w/ pickles and my sub cut in half. I have also ordered as my side, my favorite type of chips, jalapeno'd, and a regular sprite. My other ordered his sub and he liked his as well, also enjoyed the last of my sub.

The service was wonderful and everyone was very friendly and efficient with the order, especially when they are already preparing to close. As I went in for a refill, hoping I could get a refill for my sprite, one of the people there mentioned something about the pickles I added on, since I wasn't aware how things went, mentioning how you have to say "pickle it up" if you want to load up the pickles in the sub. I thought it was a cool fun fact and I thought about the phrase "load em up" with fries but in a pickles sense. Just a fun little fact as I was refilling my sprite. loved the interaction.

Long story short:...

This was my 1st & last experience. I ordered online for pickup. Order was ready when I got there. Food was fresh & it was good.......but, it is poor value for the price. Beef was a one slice layer. Publix subs are just as fresh, twice the meat & cheese and less expensive. I can't finish a half sub. Service was lacking. I ordered the sub cut in 1/2; it wasn't. When I picked up the order, I gave my name. Bag was on the counter, she looked in & shoved it towards me. I asked if napkins were on the bag. She said yes; they weren't. Finally, I did not get the drink I paid for. Partially, due to my ignorance of their process. However, as she pushed the bag towards me she could have said, "The cup is in the bag. You can get your drink, napkins, & straw over there." Wherever "over there" might have been. Instead she watched me walk out with a bag with an empty cup & no napkins. There were no other customers at the register....

I haven't had a complete order here that has been correct. 1st time found tape in my sandwich and its the wrong sandwich, no kickin ranch. 2nd time received wrong sandwich, no drink, and no kickin ranch, 3rd didn't get my monster energy drink, kickin ranch, and co-worker didn't get her club lulu. Every single time our company orders from you for catering, it is missing subs, drinks, or completely wrong subs delivered. Very unhappy with this location. Employees are either skimming money from this spot or treating themselves...
