We usually don't eat at franchise restaurants. Once again there is a 20 minute wait to get a table. A trip to the bathroom and take a glance into the kitchen area and you will see silverware in a container placed on the floor. Anybody want their silverware by the staff's feet in the kitchen? Rolled up or not whoever decided to put this anywhere on the floor by everyone's feet probably should be fired. How about asking the waitress to have the bacon crispy and the potatoes well done or burnt. And when she brings them to you the potatoes are soggy and the bacon and soggy. That's poor waitressing. DO NOT, deliver the food then. Give it back to the cook and say "he ordered crispy bacon and well done or burnt potatoes" yeah they were sent back and guess what they came back and they were still soggy and undercooked. Why?because it's a franchise restaurant? Or poor management? Look on the menu they have suggestions they put a little tab next to certain menu items like chicken and waffles. This is an embarrassment to chicken and waffles at this place. They have a $1 waffle on a plate. Then they take the children's chicken tenders and they put three of them on the plate. That is not chicken and waffles. Maybe they should go to KFC and get a thigh and a wing and then bring it back to the restaurant and put that on a nice homemade waffle. They take the easy way out. You cannot take children's chicken tenders and stick it on a cheap waffle and charge $17 for it. Then they take the same chicken chop it up and they put it in a watery slimy buffalo chicken wrap. Same tenders. See they don't make anything homemade here it's just heated up from the freezer and then they serve it to you. Below average food. Bad service. Silverware on the floor. No management no one cares. But you still have to wait 20 minutes to get a table. Why are people going here? There is no passion in this food. Three people and our bill was $62 and we ordered food and water? You ripped us off!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give this a zero I would the service was horrible our waitress seemed like she didnāt want to be there which i understand itās a exhausting job but at least serve our food with care and then proceeded to leave and vape multiple times, our order all wrong, my wife got some pancake and eggs, the pancake uncooked on the inside just all goo and she asked for over medium eggs and they gave her sunny side up she asked if she could return them and get them over medium and we can hear all the commotion in the kitchen from where weāre sitting and we can hear all the cussing the cooks are saying when the waitress brought my wifeās eggs back we heard one cook loudly say the N word and more cussing and I have my kids at that table and I wanted to switch tables but my kids just wanted to sit and eat ,luckily they were able to make the kids meals right and thereās a big window that separates the like eating area from the kitchen but you can still see inside I can see the cooks and one lady that she she was the manager just vaping in the kitchen like thereās no tomorrow and talking and laughing while Iām still waiting on my panini and my wife still waiting for her eggs, after 15 maybe 20 minutes my wife gets her eggs back and itās the exact same eggs just colder and I finally get my panini only to find out thereās mold in the bread, thereās maybe 6 other customers and they donāt seem to have any problems I donāt want to think about it but I feel like it couldāve been racially motivated me and my wife are Hispanic everyone else in this restaurant appears to be caucasian as soon as I saw the mold I told my wife and kids to leave their food alone and we left when I looked into the window again into the back all I see is one woman with tattoos and a white shirt on her phone vaping. We ordered, waited a considerable time, and the waitress brought only one of us food, stating I will be right back with yours. 10 min later, she came back to to ask if everything is okay? She noticed immediately and stated the order is in! More than 5 minutes later, she came with a partial order, no toast⦠stating I will bring it right back! The eggs were ordered over easy, they were almost hard, the potatoes were cold! More than 5 min later, she came with coffee, still no toast! I told her I didnāt want the food, and please take it off the bill, explaining why⦠I told her I didnāt need apologiesā¦. I was already done trying to be nice. Almost 10 min later, she came back with the billā¦. The table next to us had been waiting for their change for so long, a young couple with a toddler and a 5 month old! The husband had already left with one child, she was upset, I asked another waitress, to find the waitress and bring that table her change! She returned with change - no apology, just almost threw the check on the table, grabbed mine and cashed me out! Upon return, with a sarcastic voice stated āhave a wonderful rest of your dayā. Just unbelievable service for what should be an upscale breakfast restaurant! I donāt like to post negative content, but the last time the waiter spent more time flirting with the girls at the counter, then waiting on us! Asked several times for a refill on coffee, never got it! He only took our order, never did anything for us, actually went to the counter to ask for the bill. On a good note: The food we got at the right time, was fabulous! So cannot say anything bad about the cooks or really even the restaurant, it is clean, but...
