The sanitation of this location concerns me. I purposefully come inside and eat at any restaurant to observe the quality and care of how my food is being handled and let’s just say this location did not meet my expectations; because of their kitchen setup, you can clearly see when orders are being packaged from kitchen to handler, and regrettably, on several visits I noticed the staff on duty to package fries NEVER have on gloves! In fact, they pull the fries out from the side and dig two of their fingers inside the short end of the fries to transfer the food into the bag.
If Covid-19 taught us anything, it taught us the value of cleanliness especially in the food and service industry. Many customers are sincerely trying to get by in life and sometimes that’s the only money they have to spend for the day, so if they get sick due to cross contamination or mishandling food, it’s very likely they cannot afford a hospital bill. Health insurance in Florida is on the rise and we cannot take lightly the job of the food industry in caring for the well being of your customers from the time they interact with your brand to consumption. Also, the employees attitude are not inviting, very dismissive.
Please do better; you are in the business of serving people, so serve them well in every interaction; that’s how you continue to...
Read moreI drive just a little bit further than the one on tuskawilla because it’s better here, the food is always better here, even if they mess up the order, it’s better. Missed the mark today, I drove back after they forgot to put a burrito in the bag (I’ll say it’s my fault for not checking, but I have never come away from chick fil a with a whole missing item). Get home they said I can come back during breakfast for it, during lunch for a lunch item, or at another time. I chose now. I get there and the person at the counter says “oh we were just talking about you maybe… 30 minutes ago?” Yeah that’s how long it takes me to go home and come back. I thought a memorable apology would happen, not really. I eat the burrito on the way home, they graciously gave me a 99 cent hash brown, and aside from eating it in the burrito I don’t eat chick fil a hash browns. With nobody here to eat them in the next 24 hours they’re being tossed in the trash. Thank you for the 99 cents on an item you forgot.
I will come back, I support the values of this company, even though they use MSG, which i knowingly have to take an aspirin to combat. The food is always a set standard, but Publix wouldn’t have let me down like this. A 25 extra minute drive to acquire a $5 item. I’m the moron for knowing...
Read moreThey turned the play place into their own “employee break room” but yet the app still shows them as having a play place, much to the disappointment of my 2 toddlers. However I could look past that (although when I brought up the whole thing with staff they kinda gave lack of sympathy? At least say you’ll get the app updated), what I can’t look past is how every table I tried to sit at to eat was absolutely gross. Food crumbs and sauce smears on tables and the walls next to the tables. I don’t eventually just cleaned off a table myself. Also got no napkins, straws or any of the sauces I ordered in my bag. This location they don’t bring the food to your table like every other location I’ve been to (seriously why keep the table QR numbers there if they’re not able to be used?) but instead will call your name and have you pick up your food off a pick up rack. Except they never called my name and I eventually had to get up and track my order down. Overall this location seemed very lazy and poor management compared to what I’ve come to expect from chick fil a. Never once saw anyone walk the dining area making sure the tables were clean. This is just a bad chick fil a I don’t intend on coming back to. I hope corporate gets ahold of this and does some serious...
