I went last night to order my usual sub as I've been many times before and never had a problem. However, I'm not sure if I'll be back because Chyenne was very rude while I was in line. She started to take my order and then picked up the phone and proceeded to take their order in the middle of a transaction. Instead of saying, "Please hold," to the people on the phone, I was made to wait while someone who was not in line put in an order for pick-up. Very disrespectful. She could see that I was visibly upset with what happened and apologized 3 times, but it didn't feel sincere at all. Please teach customer service to your employees! Read moreThe food is good however customer service is poor. Called in a order for pick up and when I got home to eat, the sub was made incorrectly. Called back and had them correct the order. My mother in law went to pick up the order and the lady that had answered the phone when I called stated to my mother in law that it was because I had a “weird” accent. I find that VERY offensive however I think it was a cop out because I was born and raised in America and speak English with a southern accent. Read moreI went to the Larry's on Blanding Blvd. Even though my order was correct and tasty, I was highly disappointed that none of the employees or customers were wearing masks. The whole country is going through this pandemic and I know masks aren't always comfortable, but they are necessary to keep us safe. I have an elderly Grandmother in my life and I do my best to keep myself and her safe. I think it was inconsiderate of the employees to not follow the advice of the CDC and wear a mask while they are handling my food and dealing with customers on a face to face basis.
